Level 1 Talents

Gunslinger: Quest: Basic Attacks against heroes increase Cassidys damage by 0.1%. Takedowns increase it by 1% bonus damage.
Rapid Reload: Cassidy's 6th shot grants him 50% bonus movement speed while reloading and 1.4 seconds after.
Quick Feet: Combat Roll cooldown reduced by 2 seconds. Regeneration Globes reduce the mana cost of Combat Roll by 15.

Level 4 Talents

Slip Hammer: Increase the range of Fan the Hammer by 20%.
Quest: Hitting a hero with Fan the Hammer increases it's damage by 2 permanently.
Reward: After hitting 30 Heroes, Fan the Hammer fires two additional auto-attacks.
Hot Salvos: Increase the damage bonus of Cassidy's 6th Shot from 50% to 100%. Reduce the reload time from 1.5 seconds to .5 seconds.
Block: Every 5 seconds, gain 75 Physical Armor against the next enemy Hero Basic Attack, reducing the damage taken by 75%.

Stores up to 2 charges.

Level 7 Talents

Dust Storm: Hitting a hero with Fan the Hammer grants 5% Spell Power for 12 seconds, stacking up to 20%.
Overblow: Reduce Flashbangs mana cost from 80 to 60 mana. Basic Attacks against disabled Heroes lower the cooldown of Flashbang by 2 seconds.
Bullet Time: Increase Cassidy's Basic Attack range by 1.1.

Level 13 Talents

Combo Round: Increase Flashbang stuns duration is increased by .5 seconds. Heroes are Blinded after for 1 second.
Fight or Flight: Cassidy's 6th Shot splashes to nearby targets for 100% damage.
Chilling Rounds: Fan the Hammer slows enemies by 45% for 3 seconds.

Level 16 Talents

Dust Ball: Combat Roll creates a dust cloud putting him into Stealth for 4 seconds.
Master Duelist: While Reloading become Protected for the duration.
Chilling Rounds: Fan the Hammer gains an additional charge. Increase the cooldown by 5 seconds.

Level 20 Talents

High Noon: Cassidy can move during Deadeye, increase damage to Disabled heroes from 50% to 100%
Fish in a Barrel: Quick Draw also refreshes Flashbangs cooldown.
Magnetic Grenade: Flashbang radius increased by 30%.
Bolt of the Storm: Cooldown: 70 Seconds
