[COMPLETE]Egon Stetmann - Science Vessel support!

Raynor's raiders head scientist

Once a scientist for the Terran Dominion, Stetmann discovered the Dominion has been experimenting humans in sickening ways, and so, he decided to sabotage their operations with a virus and escaped. Later captured by criminals, he refused to aid them, which resulted in his public execution. Raynor's raiders saw the execution by themselves, and decided to free Egon Stetmann rather than see him die. 
Egon now works with Jim raynor and his raiders, acting as their head scientist.

NOTE: To avoid confusion, note that Egon is in a Science Vessel, not a medic in this concept.

Combat Trait

Nano - Repair
Instead of dealing damage, Egon Stetmann's auto attacks heal target ally. You may target yourself. If the target is at full health, it instead gives shields for 3s. 

Primary Abilities

EMP shockwave
Cooldown: 5s
Cost: 25
Radius: Approximately 4 Azmodans. 

Throws an EMP bomb at the target location, stunning and blinding enemies for 0.3 seconds and increasing your next EMP shockwave effect against hit targets by 0.5s for 6s.

EXU-S42 Offensive Upgrade
Cooldown: 15s
Mana Cost: 65

Give target ally 120% attack speed and make him unstoppable for 1 second. Can be used on self.

Radioactive pulse
Cooldown: 12s
Cost: 60
Radius: Quarter of a Murky

Irriadiates a small area, and after 0.3s delay, deals 50 (+11 per level) damage and stunning enemies for 1s in a very small area.

Heroic Abilities

Radius: Approximately 5 azmodans.

After a 0.4s delay, summon a permanent radioactive cloud in the target area, which reduces enemies' health by 2% for five seconds, every 0.5s and refreshing previous Irradiate effects, as well as slowing enemies within the cloud by 15%. There may only be one radioactive cloud at a time.

Ragnarok RSU96 Engine Module
Whenever an ally uses an ability, he now reduces the cooldowns of all ally hero basic abilities by 2%, including his own.

Egon's science vessel's movement speed passively increases the longer he moves without stopping, up to 50% at 10 seconds.

Level 1 Talents
-Titan Reactor: Maximum mana is increased by 120 (+2/LVL)
-(D)Empowerment: Ally Minions and mercenaries affected by nano - repair have their attack speed quadrupled and take 40% less damage.
-Upgraded Scouting Drone: Cooldown: 60s. Place a stealthed drone that shows enemies within the area for 40s.
-(W)Increased Budget: Offensive Upgrade's duration is increased to 1.3s.
-Medic suit: After dying, Stetmann remains in a medic suit for 4s, still being able to auto attack.

Level 4 Talents
-Healing Drone: Cooldown: 35s Place a drone that heals allies for 3% of their health every second for 5s.
-(E)Chemical Warfare: Radioactive Pulse also damages enemies nearby the radius for full damage.
-(Q)Shocked!: Enemies hit by EMP shockwave have their ability power reduced by 20% for 5s.
-(Q)Wooze mind: Enemies hit by EMP shockwave become vulnurable and take 25% more damage for 3s.
-Defensive Matrix: Cooldown: 55s. Shield target ally for 90% of the damage taken for 200, for 5s.

Level 7 Talents
Calldown: MULE Cooldown: 60s. Activate to call down a MULE that repairs structures, one at a time near target points for 40s, healing 100 health every second. Grants 1 ammo every 3 seconds.
(D)Healing Aura: Characters near the target Affected by your basic attacks are affected for 70% the amount.
(W)Stamina repair: Allies have their abilities cooldown 2.5x faster while under the effect of Offensive Upgrade.
Offense research: Allies nearby Egon have 10% additional ability power.
(Z)Swift Escape: Cooldown: 30s. Upgraded Thrusters instantly reaches full strength when your health reaches 15% or less.

Level 13 Talents
(D)Giant Guardian: Nano - Repair is now increased for 1.5% of the target's maximum health.
(Q)Static waves: Every 10 seconds, EMP Shockwave is activated around Egon.
(E)Toxic barrage: Radioactive Pulse has 2 Charges.
(W)EXU-Z46 Module Upgrade: Offensive Upgrade's cooldown is reduced by 3s whenever you use another ability.
Shrink Ray: Cooldown: 60s. Activate to reduce an enemy Hero's Damage by 50% And movement speed for 50% for 4s.

Level 16 Talents
Hardened Focus: While you are above 85% health, your basic ability cooldowns regenerate 50% faster.
(Q)Double Sho-: If EMP Shockwave hits a target, you can an additional free charge, and restore 5% of your maximum mana. Does not stack.
(W)Double Trouble: Whenever you use Offensive Upgrade on an ally, you also gain the effect.
(E)Poison Rampage: Whenever Radioactive Pulse hits it's target, you gain an additional free charge but with double the delay. Can Stack.
Minor Rewind: Cooldown: 45s. Activate to reduce the cooldowns of your basic abilities by 10s.

Level 20 Talents
(R)Nuclear Winter: You can have up to 4 radioactive clouds at a time, and a very small radius cloud around you.
(R)Absolute overcharge: Whenever an ally uses an ability, he will also heal allies for 0.7% of their health and mana.
(D)Gamma Ray: Basic attacks can now also deal damage to enemies for the same amount.
Storm Shield: Cooldown: 45s. Activate to Shield allies for 20% of their maximum health for 3 seconds.
Bolt of the Nexus: Cooldown: 15s. Activate to teleport to a nearby ally.

Visual

The general look of Egon's science vessel should be like the starcraft I model, which I think is better than the second one. Egon should be able to pop out of it similarly to Sgt. Hammer.
Skin colors should change the red areas.

Skins

-Eye of the Flame: Since the science vessel is round, I think it would be cool if it had an Eye of Sauron skin.

Explanations and final thoughts

I've been thinking of a hero who has heals instead of auto attacks for a while, and I've also seen people have been lusting for a Science Vessel hero, so I thought I'd make one. I found there aren't any notable Science Vessel operators, so I figured Egon should be able to do so, despite appearing as a medic in the campaign.

His overall build is made to heal allies and allow allies to dish more damage. You have plenty of Talent synergy to make some unique talent builds.

His trait, "Nano - Repair", is his signature, making a dedicated support healer unless you take 'Gamma Ray' on level 20.


His first ability is called "EMP Shockwave", which is a short cooldown minor stun and blind, which has synergy with his (E), allowing a guaranteed hit. Note that the first CC barely does anything other than delay an auto attack or ability slightly and root for a short duration, so it's quite meh.

The second ability is called "EXU-S42 Offensive Upgrade", and is a momentary buff, that allows high burst for allies or a quick heal. Has slight synergy with his (E), for more guaranteed damage. Great synergy with heroes such as Illidan, Valla, or the sort.

The third ability is called "Radioactive Pulse". It's a very small radius but has a short delay, so it's actually quite a skillshot. Has great synergy with his (Q).

His first ultimate is called "Irradiate", which is an AoE debuff which reduces enemies health, akin to how it worked in starcraft I (I think). Obviously, it should have synergy with group peels, like ETC or Gazlowe. Note it's very useful for zoning.

His second ultimate is called "RAGNAROK RSU96 Engine Module" me make gud name!. I like Ultimate passives like Gazlowe's, so I thought an ultimate for the whole team might be great. Despite looking underwhelming, I think it may increase cooldown regeneration by approximately 50% total for the whole team. Great synergy with heroes with low cooldown and cooldown reduction, like Illidan, Lili, or Malfurion.

Overall I think of him as a decently balanced hero, functioning as a support mostly on high levels of play.

Always like this guy floating around the Hyperion.
Love the concept ideas put into this hero, he' be a very unique and fun character to play. Love the abilities as it promotes a skill cap and very unique play style. Would love to see this guy in heroes!

Just imagine all those crazy skins you could throw at him like a mad scientist or even a wow plague scientist hehe.

A thing to note, all mana-using heroes in HotS have a base mana pool of 500 and gain 10 per level, and have a base mana regen of 3 while gaining 0.098 per level.

Cool concept otherwise!

I'm probably completely off track but just checking.

Very nice concept btw. I love unique heroes and this one is definitely a unique full on support that I would love seeing in game if blizzard ever happens to stumble across it :)

This is awesome. I think 4 or 5 Azmodon's would suffice tho. Also how bout making the secondary heroic ability reduce abilities by a percentage rather than .2 seconds. I think this would make more sense for the wide variety of abilities. Well done.
