The strangely-titled Covetous Shen has gone by many names throughout his history, but none have seemed to fit quite so well as the one he’s using now. Shen originally hails from the diamond isles of Xiansai, but his wanderlust has taken him far from home.
Combat Trait

Gem Hoarder
Friendly and enemy minions, mercenaries and heroes drop Gems which can be crafted for socketing.
Shen passively gains the effects of any gems currently crafted. Socketing a friendly hero removes these effects from Shen.
Primary Abilities

HIde/Pickpocket (Q)
Hide: Shen vanishes from sight for X Seconds. Socketing heroes and crafting gems does not reveal him, basic attacks and other spells remove Hide.
Pickpocket: Shen pickpockets the current enemy Hero gaining X stacks of gems

Gem Shatter (W)
Shen shatters the gem of a socketed target allied hero dealing damage in an AOE around the target. Friendly heroes lose the effects of the socketed gem.

Socket Hero (E)
Shen sockets the currently selected gem to the target hero granting effects based on the gem used. This effect persists until death. Gems lost on death can be recovered by Shen granting stacks of Gems. Heroes (other than shen) can only have one gem socketed at a time.

Socketing this gem increases max HP by X%

Craft Diamond
Socketing this gem grants a shield absorbing X damage, replenishing after not taking damage for X seconds.

Socketing this gem increases basic attack damage by X%

Craft Ruby
Socketing this gem increases experience gained by 100% (Shen loses the ability to gain xp while this gem is socketed)

Craft Topaz
Socketing this gem increases ability damage by x%
Heroic Abilities

Craft Zeis Stone of Vengence
Shen crafts a legendary gem for himself causing enemies to take increased damage based on their distance from Shen.

Ruby of Dirgest
Shen passes the cursed Ruby of Dirgest to an enemy hero. The gem deals X damage over time split evenly among all units in an aoe around the target hero. the damage and aoe increases over time.
Note: Crafting Gems
Channeled ability. Consumes stacks of Gems. Creates a gem that can be socketed to an allied hero. Uses stacks of Gems. The last crafted gem is selected by default. If a gem of this type has already been crafted, selects this gem for use with "Socket Hero"
