The Cow

The Storm has chosen the most powerful creature in existence the mighty COW KING,
He shall prevail.(Note: numbers are just rough indications.)

Combat Trait

Calling of the Cow King
Every time The Cow King hits an enemy with a basic attack or a cleave there is a 20% chance to summon a cow who will proceed to follow the lane minions, unless you get hit by an attack while they are in a fixed range, then they will assault the attack. The cow expires after 30 Sec, (further stats below)

Primary Abilities

Charged Blade
Passive: On every hit you deal 5 + 1.5 per lv lightning damage (35 on lv20), every time an enemy is hit by lightning damage they will gain 1 stack, enemies are slowed by 1% for every stack.

Activate: The Cow King charges his weapon with electricity dealing 15+ 5 per lv(115 lv 20) bonus lighting damage on normal attacks for 5 Sec. After each hit lightning arcs from the target to another enemy, when that target is hit by the lighting there shoots another arc out to another random enemy around him (these second arcs can hit the original attack target).

Static Armor
Upon activation the Cow King Charges his own body with static electricity for 5 Sec, launching an lighting bolts across the ground to a random location for every 50 HP the Cow King loses. These bolts deal 30+ 5 per lv (130 lv20) lightning damage each.

Cooldown: 10 Sec

Great Cleave
Passive: The Cow King's cleaves with his weapon dealing 30% of the original damage around the target and have extended range.

Activate: The Cow King swings his mighty weapon in a circle around him dealing 100+ 11 (320 lv20) damage. This counts as a basic attack. After the swing the cow king will perform the next basic attack within 3 seconds with 250% bonus attack speed.

Cooldown: 4 Sec

MP: 50

Heroic Abilities

Mad Cow King
The cow king gains 20% bonus movement speed and gains 50% Crow control reduction for 8 Sec.

Cooldown: 75 Sec

There is no cow level!!!
The Cow King summons a portal that appears at target location after 2 Sec, only allies can enter the portal. Inside of the portal are multiple camps that give much exp. The portal has a decent collision box and stays open until the Cow King calls upon a new portal.

Talents

Level 1:

   *Block

   *Stampede: Cows can charge at enemy heroes every 10 seconds.

   *Deadly Cunning: Increase great Cleaves damage by 1 for each time 2 enemies die near the Cow King.

   *Slasher: Increase Greater cleave's passive and activate abilities with 30%

Level 4:

   *The Cow King Commands: Gain an activate ability that lets you control cows in a large area near you.

   *Sadism: Heal 10% of the damage you deal with Great Cleave and basic attacks.

   *War Cow: You cannot be dismounted from damage and when you collide with an enemy hero dismount and stun it for 1.5 Sec

   *Healing Ward

Level 7:

   *Lasting Cows: Increase the lifetime of the cows with 100%

   *Overcharged Blade: Increase the duration and damage of the Cow King's Charged blade with 50% ,but if you don't Basic attack 5x in the duration you will get stunned for 1.5 Sec

   *Increase the duration and damage of the Cow King's Static Guard with 50%, But increase the Cooldown with 100%

   *Burning Rage

Level 13:

   *Beefed Cows: Increase the damage and HP of the cows with 30%

   *Momentum: Increase the Cow King's movement speed with 20% after using Great Cleave.

   *Mercenary Lord

   *Imposing Presence

Level 16:

   *Static Cows: cows receive more power from their king allowing them to use Static Guard ,but it deals only 20% of the damage.

   *Arcing lightning: Charged Blade's First and second arcs can hit 2 targets each.

   *Swirling Electricity: Increase Static Guard's damage with 15%, its area with 50% and each bolt swirls around the Cow King once before launching away.

   *Blood for Blood

Level 20:

   *Unstoppable Cow King: The cow king becomes unstoppable and gains 20% attack speed for the duration.

   *No really, There is no Cow Level: Decrease the Cooldown of There is no Cow Level by 30 Sec. Every 30 Sec spawn a group of 3 Cows.

   *Bolt of the Storm

   *Hardened Shield

Love the concept, I made a list with it on my top 10, however I think it was executed poorly.
