Creator's Insight

Design wise, Crow seems to fits with Diablo

D: only mobile and risky escape ability.

Q: Damage ability
-reduce the effectiveness of sustain healers
-the a short wind-up when casting
-relies on combo with Curse maker and make it more useful

W: Pushing and team fight ability
-Wave clear
-use to initiate fight

E: Want to give player a choice of crowd control or another damage ability

R 1: Crowd control ability
-assassin ability
-a reliable crowd control

R 2: Crowd control/damage ability
-Force an enemy tank to leave the fight
-Punish pusher
-Allow single target ability and auto attack damage multiple targets
-20 talent range is the same as tassadar's orcale and just need to be near an ally hero to keep damage felt at 15%

R 3: Area control/ pushing ability
-Escape denial
-Combo with other abilities
-able to take down enemy structure easier
-keep enemy in place every 3 secs

Personality

Has high respect toward anyone who are older than him.
sympathize with leoric and Illidan, see them as tragic people.
Openly hates Xul, Malfurion, and Tyrande.

Silent (E): Curse Maker silence for .75 secs
Confusion (E): Curse Maker cause enemy to move in the opposite direction for 1.5 sec

Fester Wound (Q): Quest: hit heroes with Fester wound.
Reward: After hitting 15 heroes, gain 75 damage
Reward: After hitting 45 heroes, healing reduced increase to 30%
Bone torrent (W): Increase range by 1
Sadist(E): Gain a 75 (+4%) shield for each hero hit

Open Wounds (W): Slow for 30% for 3 secs.
Bad Luck (E): If one enemy is affected by Curse Maker, increase effective by 50%
Phantom Vision: Reveal an area for 2 secs
Battle Trance (Passive): Every consecutive basic attack increase attack speed by 5% to 40% for 1.5 secs

Tier 5


Plague (Q): Deal 25% additional damage over 5 secs
Return to Sender (W): Return to Crow and dealing 50% damage
Phantom Runner (D): Increase movement speed by 10% for 4 sec after the dash.

Tier 6


Black Death (Q): Healing reduction last for 3.5 sec and can spread to nearby enemies
Forsaken Words (E): Increase radius by 30%
Shredder (W): Increase armor reduction to 20% and increase duration to 2 secs
Abnormal Force (D): Knock back enemy away from Crow while dashing.

Tier 7


Haunting Hour (R): Basic attack deal increased damage by 40% on fear target.
Divided, We Fall (R): Increase damage felt by 35% if enemies are away from each other.
The Forgotten (R): If enemy are rooted more than twice, put enemy is stasis for 2 secs.
False resurrection: Target an ally hero corpse and revive for 8 secs
