Cyberhawk

the Rock n Roll Racer

A highly mobile "gimmick" character. Cyberhawk specializes in hit and run tactics. While a lot more durable than other mobile characters, his "wonky" mobility makes him somewhat predictable and easy to punish, since he can't back out of a fight as easily.

HP: 1814
Attack: 110
Attack Speed: 0.65

Combat Trait

1
Drive to Win
Cyberhawk is NOT controlled with the mouse, but rather with the WASD keys.
At top speed, you move at 125% the movement speed of a hero, but it takes 1.5 seconds to accelerate to that point.

You have a speedometer next to your portrait, saying how fast you're currently moving.
(Green for 0-100% normal hero speed, Red for 100-125%)

A and D let you turn, but your handling is reduced at top speed.

S slows you down to a halt very quickly, and lets you drive backwards at half the speed of a normal hero.
2
Colliding with a hero while travelling less than 100% movespeed causes you to stop. Otherwise, it knocks the enemy hero aside, dealing (60+4%) damage, and halves your current speed. You can run over enemy minions and mercenaries without suffering movespeed penalties.

Primary Abilities

1
Q -- Road Kill
Dash in a straight line. Can only target in a 180 degree arc on your facing angle. Enemies hit take (140+4%) damage and are knocked back. Does not change the angle you are facing.

CD: 8
2
E -- Bear Claw Mine
Every 0.1 seconds for the next 0.3 seconds, leave a mine at your position that explodes when an enemy steps on it. It deals (110+4%) damage to the enemy and surrounding enemies.

CD: 15
3
RMB -- Rogue Missile
Fires a missile that accelerates as it travels, and explodes when it reaches the targeted location for (130+4%) damage. Has pretty good range. Holds up to 3 charges.

Alternatively, channel an objective if you are not moving.

CD: 0.5
Charge Rate: 7 seconds

Secondary Abilities

1
LMB -- Plasma Rifle
Fires a plasma rifle skillshot towards your mouse, but only in a 180 degree arc around where you're facing. Despite being a skillshot, this ability counts as a basic attack, meaning its CD is your attack speed, and it can be evaded. This ability is not disabled while you are silenced, and not enabled while you are blinded.
2
1-- U-Turn
Come to a complete halt and flip your facing angle entirely. Gain a shield for 20% of your HP for 2 seconds.

Taken at level 16 as a talent.

CD: 60
3
2-- Jump Boost
Leap, becoming untargetable, and able to move over walls. Landing on impassable terrain knocks you backwards.

Taken at level 16 as a talent.

CD: 50

Heroic Abilities

1
R -- Nitro Boost
Increases your maximum speed by 40%, and doubles your acceleration. Enemies hit as you travel take (380+4%) damage and are knocked aside.

CD: 50
2
R -- Skyfire
Fires a large bomb straight up into the air, with slight variance based off of your current speed and direction. It lands after a 1.5 second delay, dealing (290+4%) damage with significant knockback and a 1 second stun in an area.

CD: 70

Special Mount

1
No Mount
Cyberhawk is riding a car that can potentially travel at the speed of a mounted hero. You cannot mount up.
