Combat Trait

Mighty artefact
Place a mighty artefact on the target place. For each killed enemy minion in a little radius around the artefact, it fill its power by 10%. For each killed enemy hero in a big radius around the artefact it fill its power by 50%. When a artefact has 100% power, it can taken by allied Heroes within 2 seconds. Deckard cain cannot take mighty artefacts. Heroes can only carrie one artefact at same time. Heroes loos Artefacts, when they killed. Artefacts increase the personal levelstats of his user by 1. Cannot learn talents this way. Mighty artefacts can be destroyed by 3 autoattacks and it can only exist 5 at same time.

Identify the power of the next used ability of the target allied hero. Increase the individual effect by 20%. Fill all charges after staying at least 3 seconds in hall of storms without using abilitys.

Exspell the target enemy hero. The target move away from Deckard Cain. Last 1,5 Seconds. Exspelled enemys cannot exspelled again for last 5 seconds. Fill all charges after staying at least 3 seconds in hall of storms without using abilitys.

Scroll of greater heal
Deckard Cain use one of his scrolls to channel a mighty release of healing power. Each second of channel increase the amount of heal by 150 health, till 450 health. After 3 seconds Deckard Cain cast it automatically. When interrupted, the used charge is loosing and the mighty heal didnt released. Can move while channeling. Fill all charges after staying at least 3 seconds in hall of storms without using abilitys.

Activate to increase the ability power of all allied heroes by 25% for last 10 seconds. Can only be used one time!

Prevision
Reveal a big area on the map. Dont detect stealthed heroes. The area is revealed till PREVISION is used again.
It exist 3 mighty secondary abilitys. You get one of them, when the level 1-Quest is complete. But you can only use them one time in the whole game.
Im really bad in use of the warcraft 3-editor, too.
I dont know how to realize the first ultimate "Elixier of Life". Also the "TOWNPORTAL" and "SCROLL OF GREATER HEAL" are buggy till yet. I just know how triggers works and learn by doing. The starcraft 2-Editor is for me also too complex to work with.
I have a different Idea about a(two) co-op-hero(es) and want presentate it with a video like this too. But im not motivated till yet. Also this was an old video(2 months), before i decide to upload it. Actually i wanted to make a cut for each ability but after i made this video. The videodata of new videos get broken for some reason and i didnt know the problem.
Are we talking about the Deckard Cain from the Diablo's franchise? If I asked this, it is because he's currently stated as a character from Warcraft Universe.
The Trait you have given to the character is based on an idea I have made for Deckard Cain called the "Unique Quest Items" (go check the hero concept link), which is totally fine for me. While that we could still be debating about if it is really the Character's true essense, I do think that it is a major part of his playstyle. If I understanded it well, these artifacts are refilled when you hearth? Does it just gives one base stat (to a maximum of 5 if you keep 5 of them on you) to an ally?
Most (to not say all) his abilities doesn't need mana to be used. What is the purpose of this character to have Mana then?
Deckard Cain always used Identify Items on a close range, even when he identified the angelic nature of El-Druin sword for Tyrael before he died. I don't like the fact that he would stay in the Hall of the Storm to fill charges. Cain can endlesly identify your items in the Diablo's universe (he offers you his service from the beginning of Diablo 1 for a price to then offer it for free in Diablo 2), and he even made The Book of Cain to do so in Diablo 3. I don't think the charges have their place for that ability, but how about just a cooldown?
Nothing to say about Expel Evil. Cain does indeed need something for his own survivability. But would that be the first strategy, the first ability, that a Deckard Cain would use against Evil? I don't think so, and I never truly saw him do this neither. He's a scholar before anything else, not a battle mage or a Gandalf (even though I would like to see a reference to him). Does it work with magic? How do he "expels" enemies? I wish to know if possible. Don't get me wrong: I like your ideas. But I don't feel quite Cain in the concept at the moment.
While I can understand that supports are generaly heroes who can burst heal or just heal and a little crowd control, Deckard Cain never healed your player-hero in Diablo's Universe, not even with scrolls. Many forums suggesting Deckard Cain to be added in Heroes of the Storm like Battle.Net and Reddit don't wish that Cain "heal" like any heroes because it don't respect his lore and his playstyle. How about that he heal indirectly with his "Mighty Artifacts"? I'm ok with the "Staff of Greater Heal". I don't quite see why it would be used only once. If I understand the concept itself, when you say "Can only be used one time!", does that mean that you can still recharge/refill them at the Hall of the Storm?
Cain would NEVER take Wirt's Leg. He had such empathy and so much love for that beggar to do that. Wirt's Leg is not even related to his horadric heritage, so if that would happen, why Cain would do that? It doesn't make sense to me and I need your wisdom to explain it please.

"Manifest of Time" seems like a very interesting secondary ability. It was already one the ideas I proposed in my concept, so I like it.
A "only revealing without revealing stealthies" heroic ability is really weak. Even Chromie could get a reveal at level 1 (and that it detects stealthies! Why would you even bother take a reveal if it not for stealthies?). Where is Deckard Cain's famous quote? You know, "Stay Awhile and Listen"? That character is iconic espiecally for that quote, and I don't see it in the concept. I can't say much for "Elixir of Life", if only that it doesn't feel like Cain would do in my opinion and it bothers me because of that.
For "Town Portal", why wouldn't all allies could use it? In Diablo' Universe, that's the case. Why only one ally and you could use the Town Portals?
I don't wish to comment yet the Talents section. I need to read something else to bring back an open-mindness of the concept. I'm kind of disappointed that I haven't feel Cain in the concept. Yeah I am...

Becouz you edited the post i just notice this Quote now. Please click on the create new concept. Which role and which universe is basicly set? Right, Warrior and Warcraft.
I started instantly with the description and abilitys and needed for this a week as i told. And how bigger a concept are, the more mistakes can happen. I forget, thats i didnt set the role and universe one week before. And believe me, this feel really embarassing for me. But firstly you should notice, thats i spend 20-30 hours of free time of my life, to create this concept of a iconic charcater, thats you love so much instead of a simple setting-mistake.
Like I said december 8th 2016, there is no worries. I understand that mistakes can be made and the first time I responded to the concept you made for him, I was too much dead serious about it XD. Like, yes we agree that lore-wise heroes are important, but you also point the fact that a hero who is not fun to play or have no reason to be played still stays a useless hero to be made.
Now that I had some rest, I have relooked today the concept you are proposing as for the recent video explanation you made. The video helped a little to comprehend the intentions and the role you wish to give to the character.
I don't know how made the base stat Diaporama presentation, but I sincerly am jealous about it because it is so clean and so presentable!
As for the concept now, bare with me:
-There is only a few of the secondary abilities that I didn't agree to, and mostly I got stucked just for the names and their symbolism. That doesn't mean I haven't liked the effects they give.
-I totally am with you for the trait around artifacts.
-With the new heroes coming out into the Nexus, I have made this week a huge update for the Deckard Cain's concept I made (but not alone and surely not without the help and the ideas of the Community, like yours) to counter all these pesky little annoying brats who can stealth themselves and kill any squishies they wish, or all these early ganking teams. That's the revelation I had recently: I want a supports or a hero who can deal efficiently against this type of annoyance in the game.
-You see Cain as I do, which is a strong utility hero for the team with strong secondary abilities.
-You have given something to Cain to protect himself from danger (the E ability which pushes enemies away), while the Cain I made must flee or get hidden to survive.
-I still think that the heroics you are proposing doesn't seem enough "heroic" to wish to pick them up. I do really love reveals and the charges you are giving to them though.
-I'm intrigued that you added in his utility kit a secondary ability that resets the cooldowns.
-I understand that supports needs to heal in a way or another, but I can't agree that this character uses potions to heal. Don't get me wrong: I'm just persisting on the respect of his lore. What could make me accept the ideas would be as simple as changing the names of the abilities related to potions for, why not, "scrolls" which are more related to Cain (he is not an alchemist after all). But that choice is not of my resort and it is a pointless opinion to argue about.
-I can see how much time that concept would have taken to you, as it took for mine. I share your feeling for that point.
-Your concept is far from just being simple or even simplistic. You don't know yet how much ideas you have shared here yet (but maybe I'm wrong on that point).
At last, there is nothing to be sorry about, neither there is excuses to be made. I'm so happy that we share the same energy for a common topic and it relieves me that you did updated your concept from last year. This proves how much you care about it and how much work and free-time you invested in it.

It feels so good to finally clean this up. Also you right with the heroic abilitys of my concept. The revealability looks more as a secondary ability and the potion isnt fit with Deckard´s Lore. We can stay in contact, when you want(sharing ideas etc.). But only via messages, not skype or something similiar to this(my english sucks). But uparrow is right, you shouldnt post personal contact informations to the public.

Its more important for me to make a unique Hero with a funny gameplay then a hero with 100% backgroundstory but no fun to play(to complicated).
