Rework

Both pilot and mech mode now have a complete skill kit
Self destruct and call mech are now baseline heroic abilities
Rush down talent is now baseline
defense matrix is redesign : now grant armor to allies (more logical i think)
new skill : micro missiles
concussive pulse, big shot and torpedo dash are now baseline pilot skills
almost every talent now affect both pilot and mech modes
level 10 is now a "self destruct" level
bunny hop is now a secondary ability
Base statistics and many talents have been nerfed to balance.

Combat Trait

Mech Mode (meka)
When D.Va's Mech dies, she is ejected out after 0.75 seconds and can continue to fight.

Pilot Mode (pilot)
Basic Attacks reduce the cooldown of Call Mech by 0.5 seconds. As a Pilot,

Heroic pilot (both)
D.va can use both heroic abilities at level 1.
D.Va's Mech and D.va pilot only awards 50% of a normal Hero's experience upon dying.

Primary Abilities

Q - Boosters (meka)
Cooldown : 9 seconds

Increase D.Va's Movement Speed by 125% for 2 seconds. Enemies that are hit take 135 (+4% per level) damage and are knocked away.
D.Va cannot be Slowed while Boosters are active, and each enemy can only be hit once per use.
If D.Va neither takes nor deals damage during Boosters, its cooldown is lowered by 4 seconds.

W - Defense Matrix (meka)
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Channel a defensive field in the target direction for 2 seconds, granting D.va and affected allies 75 armor. The Mech can move while channeling, but cannot turn.

E - Micro missiles (meka)
Cooldown : 16 seconds
(Long range line)

Send a volley of micromissiles, dealing 35 damage every 0.25 seconds to the first enemy hit. Last 1.5 seconds. Can move while channeling, but the direction will be still the same.

Q - Big Shot (pilot)
Cooldown: 8 seconds

Deal 190 (+4% per level) damage to all enemies in a line. The cooldown of Call Mech is reduced by 8 seconds for each enemy Hero hit.

W - Torpedo Dash (pilot)
Torpedo Dash
Cooldown: 20 seconds

Dash towards the target location, passing through enemies along the way.

E - Concussive Pulse (pilot)
Cooldown: 14 seconds

Deal 70 (+4% per level) damage to enemies in a cone and knock them back.

Heroic Abilities

R - Self-Destruct (meka)
Eject from the Mech, setting it to self-destruct after 4 seconds. Deals 400 (+4% per level) to 1200 (+4% per level) damage in a large area, depending on distance from center. Only deals 50% damage against Structures.
Gain 1% Charge for every 2 seconds spent Basic Attacking, and 30% Charge per 100% of Mech Health lost.

R - Call Mech (pilot)
Cooldown: 45 seconds

Call a new Mech and enter Mech Mode.
Basic Attacks lower this cooldown by 0.5 seconds each.

Special Mount

While in her Mech, D.Va can shoot while moving, but her Movement Speed is reduced by 15%.

Hey this is pretty good. I think D.va has been in need of a rework for some time now as she just isn't as good as other bruisers who would fill the same role. Giving her pilot mode some baseline abilities will make her less vulnerable early on while imo not being overpowered. Also bunnyhop just being a regular talent instead of competing with big shot should hopefully allow it to see more use. I do feel though you would still be pretty vulnerable while using it given D.va has a relatively low max hp for heroes in this category. Perhaps she could gain armor while using bunny hop?
