Mobile ranged Bruiser who is difficult to truly eliminate

Combat Trait

MEKA Online
Cooldown: 26 seconds (Basic Attacks while out of MEKA reduce this cooldown by 0.8 seconds)
When D.Va takes fatal damage while in her MEKA, she does not die. Instead, she ejects from her MEKA, gaining a new set of abilities. When the cooldown for MEKA Online finishes, D.Va automatically re-enters her MEKA at full health. Killing the MEKA grants experience equal to 0.5x that of a kill. Killing D.Va herself grants the other 0.5x of the kill's experience.

Primary Abilities

Fusion Cannons (MEKA Q)
Mana: 55
Cooldown: 13 seconds
Deal 75(+4%) damage per second to your target, cleaving nearby enemies for 45% of the damage, for as long as your target remains in range, for up to 5 seconds. Enemies affected by Fusion Cannons have their Attack Speed slowed by 30% for 2 seconds. You can move at 80% speed while channeling Fusion Cannons.

MEKA Punch (MEKA W)
Mana: 60
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Deal 150(+4%) damage to the nearest enemy, Slowing them by 20% for 2 seconds. If MEKA Punch hits a Heroic target, the cooldowns of your other Basic Abilities and Boosters are reduced by 3 seconds each.

Defense Matrix (MEKA E)
Mana: 70
Cooldown: 18 seconds
Project a defensive matrix in a cone that follows your mouse cursor, which lasts up to 5 seconds. Enemy abilities that pass through Defense Matrix have their damage reduced by 40%. Using any other ability immediately cancels Defense Matrix.

Pistol Whip (Human Q)
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Deal 175(+4%) daamge to the nearest enemy in melee range, lowering their Ability Power by 10%. If Pistol Whip hits a Heroic target, the cooldown of MEKA Online is reduced by 6 seconds.

Intense Micro (Human W)
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Immediately roll a medium-short distance in the targeted direction and and gain 20 Armor for 3 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Self Destruct
Mana: 90
Cooldown: 100 seconds
Abandon your MEKA and prime it to self-destruct, dealing 820(+4%) damage in a large area around it after 3 seconds. Self Destruct lowers the cooldown of MEKA Online by 6 seconds for every Heroic target it hits. You can use Self Destruct while Boosters is active, and your MEKA continues along its previous trajectory until it blows up. Can only be used while in your MEKA.

Heartbreaker
Mana: 80
Cooldown: 70 seconds
Activate to create a pixelated heart in front of you, which then explodes in a cone facing away from your MEKA 1.5 seconds later, dealing 170(+4%) damage and stunning all affected targets for 1.75 seconds. You can still move freely during Heartbreaker. Can only be used while in your MEKA.

Boosters
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Activate to begin travelling toward your mouse cursor at 50% increased movement speed for up to 3 seconds. Enemies caught in your path are knocked to the side and take 30(+4%) damage. Can only be used while in your MEKA. Using any ability other than Self Destruct immediately ends the effect of Boosters.

Talents

Level 1-
Resource Line (Passive): (Quest) Gather Regeneration Globes to increase your Health Regeneration by 1.5, up to 30. After gathering 20 Regeneration Globes, gain 12 Armor permanently.

Warm-up Round (Passive): Using a Basic Ability grants a stack of Block, which grants 75 Physical Armor against the next Heroic Basic Attack against you. Block stacks gained in this manner stack up to 3 times.

Back in the Fight (Trait): D.Va gains an additional 0.7 seconds of cooldown reduction on MEKA Online for every human form Basic Attack, but if she dies in human form, her respawn timer is 10% greater.


Level 4-
Raise my APM (E): The radius of Defense Matrix is 10% larger, and you can now move at 40% speed while channeling it.

Played on PTR (W): MEKA Punch now reduces cooldowns by 4.5 seconds.

GGEZ (Q): The secondary targets of Fusion Cannons have their Attack Speed slowed by an additional 15%.


Level 7-
New Followers (Passive): (Quest) Getting Takedowns makes your Basic Attacks reduce the cooldowns of your Basic Abilities by 0.02 seconds, up to 0.4 seconds per Basic Attack.

6.5/10 (W): MEKA Punch now Slows its target by 35%. In addition, if you hit a Heroic target with MEKA Punch, your next use of MEKA Punch will deal 30% additional damage.

Buffs Incoming (Q): You can now move at full speed while channeling Fusion Cannons, and it deals 10% additional damage to its secondary targets.

Hype Train (Q): Fusion Cannons now lasts until your target moves out of range, but its cooldown is increased to 16 seconds and its mana cost is increased to 18 per second.

Level 13-
Moar Minerals (Trait): Your MEKA gains 1 Armor for every second removed from the cooldown of MEKA Online. This total is reset every time your MEKA is destroyed.

Additional Pylons (Passive): Allies near you gain 6% Ability Power for 4 seconds every time you use a Basic Ability. This effect can stack.

Research Complete (W): MEKA Punch's range is increased by 30% and it increases your Basic Attack damage by 15% for 3 seconds if it hits a Heroic target.


Level 16-
1337 Skillz (E): You can now use Defense Matrix while Boosters is active.

Army Splitting (Z): Boosters now knocks enemies back 25% further and Slows them by 20% for 1 second.

Button Mashing (Q): The range and cleave radius of Fusion Cannons is increased by 20% and your Basic Attack damage is increased by 25% for 3 seconds after Fusion Cannons ends.


Level 20-
Nerf This! (R1): Self Destruct deals 25% extra damage for every enemy caught in the blast and its cooldown is 10 seconds shorter.

BMing (R2): Heartbreaker now lowers the Ability Power of affected targets by 25% for 2 seconds after the stun ends.

Base Saturation (Trait): You can now reenter your MEKA immediately after it is destroyed. This effect has a 100 second cooldown.

Grandmaster #1(E): Defense Matrix now nullifies abilities that cross through it completely, but it turns 20% more slowly.
