D3 treasure goblins are a "shiny little bastard" that you really REALLY wanna kill
That however can sometimes be harder than it seems, often instead of killing you end up chasing these devious little goblins and they lead you into a trap made just for you to die in it
Having that inspiration from there - wrote this hero concept

Combat Trait

Sack of Goods
Attacking the Treasure goblin occasionally (each 5th attack dealt on the Goblin) makes it drop a certain "pickable" on the ground
For picking up each pickable on the ground the Goblin however gains a 10% movement and attack speed bonus for 0.5 seconds when it does it
Pickables are:
A = Health Globe (standard)
B = Armor Shard - gain a 100 (+15 per level) shield that lasts 2 seconds
C = Leeching Dagger - just like b4b, instead of 15% however this one only deals 5% damage and healing

Dance of the Goblin
The Goblin can sing primitive goblin songs and "dance" from one ally non-heroic unit to another and empower them temporarily. Each new "Jump" increases HP/Damage of an allied lane unit by 25% for 5 seconds
(up to 5 charges, CD on charge = 2.5 sec)

Goblin Decoy
Summon a Decoy goblin to mimic your usual goblin moves and make opponents feel REALLY sorry for attacking it as a portal will appear with a mediocre dps/hp Fallen Overseer (see image) will pop from it and chasing for 10 sec or until killed

Kidnap
TG can kidnap a non-heroic unit and thus temporarily making it deal more damage while attacking with a sack with a unit in it. Damage done is increased by 200% of kidnapped unit's basic attack damage.
Beware though - this "bonus" is temporarily, there's a certain timer you wanna release your kidnapped unit before it expires. Release the kidnapped unit to attack it's nearest target (100% more damage and attack speed after release, other than you) temporarily, if that "kidnap" timer expires however - you'll instead be the victim
CD = 12 sec, max duration = 8 sec

Rucksack Rumble
After 1.5 seconds channel, jump on the nearest opponent hero (random target) within a certain radius of the Goblin, pick it up in your Goblin Sack and start hitting it rapidly from the ground dealing mediocre damage per hit for up to 7 hits
Each hit like this will cause a "droppable" drop on the ground and the "slammed" target will temporarily lose it's consciousness being stunned for 1 second and cause it's next 2 basic attacks miss

Weapon Steal
After 1.5 seconds channel jump onto the nearest opponent within a certain radius and take it's weapon making it deal 30% of it's total damage but make it move faster 30% as well. As for the goblin - add that 70% of the stolen hero's weapon damage to your own attacks but you move 30% slower for the duration
Dieing or Teleporting through a gate loses this effect
