Daggoth

Cerebrate of the Overmind

As the Overmind's greatest cerebrate, Daggoth served his creator with unparalleled devotion and ferocity.  Controlling the largest and most powerful brood in the Zerg Swarm, the Tiamat Brood, Daggoth has now been plunged into the Nexus to conquer this foreign dimension for the Swarm.

Combat Trait

1
Primordial Larvae
Passive

Spawns Primordial Larvae every 3 seconds for a maximum of 3 at any given time.  In lieu of a traditional Basic Attack, a Primordial Larvae will lunge at an enemy dealing an initial 30 (+ 10 per level) damage and 15 (+5 per level) damage over 3 seconds when Daggoth initiates an attack command.

Cooldown: 5 seconds

Targets an enemy so that a pair of Scourge will spawn from a Primordial Larva after 1 second and deal 70 (+10 per level) splash damage each.

Emboldening Pheromones (W)
Larva: 1
Cooldown: 5 second

Targets an area where a Primordial Larva explodes releasing Emboldening Pheromones that grants allies with an additional 20 (+7 per level) Basic Attack damage for 5 seconds.

Psionic Scream (E)
Larva: All
Cooldown: 5 seconds

Consume all Primordial Larvae to release a shockwave around the Hero that deals 32 (+16 per level) damage and stuns for 1 second.  Each Primordial Larvae consumed adds an additional 8 (+4 per level) damage,  0.25 seconds to stun duration, and 0.5 range.

Health regeneration increases by 200% when Daggoth is below a third of max health.

Cooldown: 80 seconds

Daggoth may infest an allied fort or tower to provide it with 300% Attack Range and an additional 34 (+11 per level) Attack damage for 20 seconds.  Forts and Towers under this affect do not use Ammunition, are immune to disabling effects, and Forts lose their slowing affect.  The infestation is entirely on the exterior (it has its own health) meaning that the buff can be destroyed from sufficient damage.

Level 1
1. Aerodynamic Carapace (Q): Increases the cast range and Scourge movement speed by 25%.
2. Psionic Sight (E): Enemies hit by Psionic Scream provide vision for 6 seconds.
3. Lunging Strain (Trait): Increases Primordial Larva striking distance by 40%
4. Regeneration Master: Collecting Regeneration Globes permanently increases Health Regeneration by 1.5 per second.
Level 4
1. Aerial Demolition (Q): Scourges deal 100% more damage to Structures.
2. Mutagenic Viral (W): 50% more damage to non-Heroic allies.
3. Cerebral Domination (E): Casting Psionic Scream removes all roots and slows.
4. Primordial Sustenance (Trait): Primordial Larva heal for 25% of damage dealt.
Level 7
1. Swarm Strain (Q): Spawns an additional Scourge.
2. Adrenaline Infusion (W): Grants 15% Attack and Movement Speed.
3. Lasting Alteration (W): Emboldening Pheromones last forever on Minions.
4. Rapid Incubation (Trait): Primordial Larvae spawn 50% faster.
Level 10
1. Covenant of the Overmind (R): Health regeneration increases by 200% when Daggoth is below a third of max health.

1. Caustic Metamorphosis (Q): Scourges deal an additional 30 (+6) damage over 3 seconds.
2. Larval Maintenance (Trait):  Gains 7% movement speed for each Primordial Larva.
3. Psionic Fury: Deals 26 (+6 per level) damage per second to nearby enemies.
4. Psi Control: No longer affected by stuns or silences.
Level 16
1. Ensnaring Spores (Q): Scourge damage slows enemies by 40% for 2 second.
2. Psionic Placebo (E): Allied units in range of Psionic Scream gain Emboldening Pheromones for the full duration but only 50% effectiveness.
3. Hive Efficiency (Trait): Increases maximum amount of Primordial Larva to 5.
4. Hatchery: Activate to immediately spawn Primordial Larva to the maximum amount. Has a cooldown of 20 seconds.
Level 20
1. Flesh Made Anew (R): Increases health regeneration to 300% and health threshold is raised to half of Daggoth's max health.
2. Intelligent Design (R): Infestation can now be used on the Core and infested structures are receive global range.
3. Collective Assault (Trait): Trait can be activated to have all Primordial Larvae lunge at a single target.
4. Reincarnation: At death, Daggoth forms a cocoon with 50% of his max health. If the cocoon survives after 5 seconds, Daggoth revives.

Premise

Daggoth is a very slow but highly resilient hero.  Due to his low mobility, he will rely on Manifest (Z) as his primary mode of transportation.  Daggoth has a powerful kit that will enable him to push lanes very effectively, but due to his slow movement speed (about the same as Sgt. Hammer in Hover Siege) he will struggle against enemy Heroes.

I like his concept 1 question though:
Does he have a normal besides his passive?
Anyways I really like him.


If you are referring to a normal Basic Attack, then no he does not. His attack is reminiscent to how the Broodlords work in Starcraft II.
