Level 10
1. Covenant of the Overmind (R): Health regeneration increases by 200% when Daggoth is below a third of max health.
2. Infestation (R): Daggoth may infest an allied fort or tower to provide it with 300% Attack Range and an additional 34 (+11 per level) Attack damage for 20 seconds. Forts and Towers under this affect do not use Ammunition, are immune to disabling effects, and Forts lose their slowing affect. The infestation is entirely on the exterior (it has its own health) meaning that the buff can be destroyed from sufficient damage.
Level 13
1. Caustic Metamorphosis (Q): Scourges deal an additional 30 (+6) damage over 3 seconds.
2. Larval Maintenance (Trait): Gains 7% movement speed for each Primordial Larva.
3. Psionic Fury: Deals 26 (+6 per level) damage per second to nearby enemies.
4. Psi Control: No longer affected by stuns or silences.
Level 16
1. Ensnaring Spores (Q): Scourge damage slows enemies by 40% for 2 second.
2. Psionic Placebo (E): Allied units in range of Psionic Scream gain Emboldening Pheromones for the full duration but only 50% effectiveness.
3. Hive Efficiency (Trait): Increases maximum amount of Primordial Larva to 5.
4. Hatchery: Activate to immediately spawn Primordial Larva to the maximum amount. Has a cooldown of 20 seconds.
Level 20
1. Flesh Made Anew (R): Increases health regeneration to 300% and health threshold is raised to half of Daggoth's max health.
2. Intelligent Design (R): Infestation can now be used on the Core and infested structures are receive global range.
3. Collective Assault (Trait): Trait can be activated to have all Primordial Larvae lunge at a single target.
4. Reincarnation: At death, Daggoth forms a cocoon with 50% of his max health. If the cocoon survives after 5 seconds, Daggoth revives.
I like his concept 1 question though:

Anyways I really like him.
If you are referring to a normal Basic Attack, then no he does not. His attack is reminiscent to how the Broodlords work in Starcraft II.
