Mograine is meant to be an all-in burst Assassin, able to decimate enemies by performing a combo with his basic abilities.

Enemies nearby Mograine suffer 20 damage every 0.5 second they move, taking more damage the faster they move, up to 300%.

Instantly slash in an arc in front of you, dealing 282 damage to all enemies hit, and an additional 94 damage over 5 seconds.

Passive: Mograine uses Runes instead of mana, and has 5 Runes. Mograine recharges 2 Runes every 10 seconds.

Activate to become Unstoppable for 4 seconds. During that time, all your basic abilities cost no Runes and have a 0.5 second cooldown.

Talents

Tier 1


Festering Strike- Quest! Enemy heroes hit by Plague Strike increases the damage over time effect by 5, up to 100.
Reward: After hitting 20 heroes, Plague Strike now also slows enemies hit by 25% while the damage over time is active.

Blood Strike- Quest! Hit only a single hero with Plague Strike.
Reward: After hitting a single hero with Plague Strike 5 times, you now heal for 100% of the damage dealt.
Reward: After hitting a single hero with Plague Strike 10 times, increase the heal to 300% of damage dealt.

Unholy Presence- Quest! Have enemies take damage from Unholy Aura.
Reward: After dealing damage 100 times, increase the damage by 50%.
Reward: After dealing damage 300 times, you now Silence enemies for 2 seconds if they linger in Unholy Aura for 5 seconds.

Decimation- Quest! Hit enemies with Obliterate within 1.5 seconds of Unholy Dash.
Reward: After hitting 10 heroes, increase the Silence to 2 seconds.
Reward: After hitting 20 Heroes, increase the damage of Unholy Dash by 50.
Reward: After hitting 30 heroes, reduce the Rune cost of Obliterate by 2.

Tier 2


Rune of the Fallen Crusader- Your auto attacks now heal for 35% of the damage dealt.
Frost Strike- If Plague Strike is used twice in 5 seconds, your next Plague Strike will deal 25% more damage and slow the Target by 25% for 3 seconds.
Raise Ghoul- Quest! Kill enemy heroes.
Reward: After killing 5 heroes, you raise a Ghoul whenever you get a hero takedown. Ghouls deal 100 damage per attack and slow for 25% for 0.5 seconds per attack. Ghouls last for 20 seconds.

Tier 3


Rune of Razorice- Your Auto Attacks slow for 10% and every third attack deals 30% more damage.
Blood Boil- Every 3 seconds, you deal 78 damage to all enemies within your Unholy Aura.
Blood Tap- Rune Tap also restores 25% of your maximum health.
Frost Grip- Unholy Dash now also roots the first target hit for 4 seconds.

Rune of Stoneskin Gargoyle- Every third basic attack causes you to lunge towards your target, as well as dealing 30% more damage.
Frost FeverYour abilities slow targets hit by 20% for 1 second. If you hit a single enemy with three abilities within 4 seconds, you deal 500 damage to them and slow for 65% for 5 seconds.
Blood Plague Activate to Spread Blood Plague to a target, dealing 24 damage every 0.5 seconds and spreading to all nearby enemies. Lasts for 5 seconds.

Tier 6


Blood Rune- Whenever you use a Rune, you gain 5 armor for 10 seconds and heal for 4% of your maximum health.
Frost Rune- Whenever you use a Rune, increase your movement speed by 25% for 4 seconds. Doesn't stack.
Unholy Rune- Whenever you use a Rune, increase your next auto attack damage by 3%. Stacks up to 5 times.
Death Rune- Increase your maximum Runes to 7, and you regenerate 3 Runes every 10 seconds.

Tier 7


Wrath of the Highlord- Will of the Highlord now lasts for an additional 2 seconds. Hero takedowns increase the duration by 2 seconds.
Strangulate- Death Grip also Silences the target for 5 seconds.
Purgatory- When you are brought below 1% health, you become Unkillable for 10 seconds. If you are healed for 30% of your maximum health well this is in effect you will not be killed. This can only occur every 120 seconds.
Annhilation- Reduce the cooldown of Obliteration and Unholy Dash by 50%. They deal an extra 100 damage.
Might of the Ebon Blade- Your auto attacks deal 20% more damage. If you attack a target below 50% health, you stun them for 0.5 seconds every third auto attack.
