Darion Mograine is the Highlord of the Knights of the Ebon Blade, an order of death knights which turned renegade after being sent by the Lich King to the region east of Tyr's Hand. He is the son of Alexandros Mograine and a former knight of the Argent Dawn. He came into possession of Corrupted Ashbringer after killing his father in Naxxramas as part of a failed rescue plan carried out by some members of the Argent Dawn and used it to kill himself and free his father's soul. He became a death knight of the Scourge.

Combat Trait

RuneMaster

Swap between your available runes. Need to have not been damaged in 3 seconds. switching runes requires 2 seconds

Rune of bloodoath: Each auto attack leaches 1.0% of the enemy's max health

Rune of the Frozen Giant: Each auto attack slows enemy movement speed by 5% for 2 seconds. Attacking the same enemy refreshes the effect

Cooldown:3 seconds
Strike an enemy dealing 165(+15/level) damage. If the enemy has used an ability on you in the last 2 seconds gain +10 movement speed for 3 seconds

Chains of frozen death

Rune Cost:25
Cooldown: 5 seconds
Root an enemy hero for 1,5 seconds. After that reduce his movement speed by 15% for 2 seconds

Festered splint

Rune Cost:30
Cooldown:4 seconds
Hit people in a cone in front of you for 100(11/level) damage. Also apply a dot that deals 1% of their max health for 2 seconds every 0.5 seconds

Strike your blades to the ground and raise 4 frozen pillars around you. after 1,5 second delay trap everyone around you and deal x damage to all enemies and slow their movement speed by 20%.

Cooldown:90 Seconds

When you receive fatal damage, remain alive for 4 seconds. If you kill an enemy hero you stay alive and have the health of the enemy hero had when the ability was activated

1.Rune of the bleeding fly
For every 10% health missing increase your attack speed by 10%

2.Rune of the forgotten Crusader
Strike of redemption heals you for 80% of its damage very time it is used on an enemy hero

3.Rune of the faithful pursuer
Each auto attack increases your movement speed by 2%. Stacks 20 times and lasts 4 seconds.

4.Rune of the never ending punishment
Your auto attacks splash for 20% of their damage

1.Bound in agony
Chains of the frozen death now applies a DOT that deals 10(5/level) damage every 0.5 seconds for 1.5 seconds

2.Gut them open
Festered Splint knocks down enemy heroes for 0.8 seconds

3.Scourge Split
Increase the radius of festered splint by 35%

Activate to reduce incoming damage by 30% for 3 seconds. 40 Seconds cooldown

LEVEL 20 TALENTS

1.Glaciers of Northrend
Increase the radius of Land of the frozen wastes by 20% and the pillars move with Darion

2.Master of the thin line
You now remain alive for 7 seconds and return to full health

3.Rider of pestilence
Increase mounted speed by 5%. You now leave a cloud of undeath behind you that damages enemies for 3% of their current health every second. The cloud persists for 2.5 seconds

Conversations

I believe that there is not enough dialog in the matches. I really like characters interacting with each other especially when there is a back story between them (Jaina and Kael'thas) (Rexxar and Thrall) etc and i believe it gives an additional flavor to the game. If someone doesn't like characters talking with each other and maybe distracting them from playing the game, they can deactivate conversations from the settings.

AT THE START OF THE GAME

Darion: What has happened to the world when we must be allies.

The Lich King: (Small laughter) Perhaps you will like it working again for me.

Darion: I am forced to work with you, not for you, never forget that.

The Lich King: What ever you say...

Darion: No... this is impossible. We defeated you

Arthas: (small laughter) I am inevitable

AT A RANDOM POINT IN THE GAME (FIRST 5-10 MINUTES)

The Lich King: So how is that little faction of your Morgraine? Any progress?

Morgraine: More than you think fiend.

The Lich King: Oooh i delight in the news.

AT A RANDOM POINT (15-20 MINUTES)

The Lich King: All this killing reminds me of the good old days. How about you Morgraine.

Morgraine: I remember the countless innocent lives i took after your pet raised me from the dead.

The Lich King: Aaaah yes Kel'thuzad. Wonder where he has gone.

WHEN THE LICH KING KILLS A HERO

Darion: Another poor soul taken...when will it stop?

The Lich King: Their souls will make excellent food for Frostmourne.

Morgaine: You will answer for your crimes Arthas.

The lich king: (laughter) I answer to no one.

WHEN MORGRAINE KILLS A HERO

The Lich King: Most Impressive.

Morgraine: I gave them a better after life than you gave to anyone.

The Lich King: Ha ha. Darion Morgraine the Just.

WHEN THE LICH KING IS KILLED

Morgraine: Good riddance

The Lich King: There must always be a Lich King. And that Lich King is me.
