Deathwing is in a decent spot right now. Then why would you rework him?
Because he is in a decent spot as a mage, while he was designed to be a bruiser. This is a real problem.
The idea of this rework is to fit him into a role he was designed for.

Deathwing heals for 0.3% of his maximum health per second for each Armor Plate he lacks.
Fire and Fury (Moved from Level 13)(New Functionality)
Basic Attacks heal Deathwing for 25% of the damage dealt.
This bonus is increased to 50% against Rooted, Slowed, or Stunned enemy Heroes.

Molten Flame deals 25% more damage to enemy Heroes.

Heat Wave (New Functionality)
Hitting an enemy Hero with Incinerate or Lava Burst's explosion heats Deathwing for the next 10 seconds.
Nearby enemies take 18 damage per second. Heat stacks up to 4 times.
Dragon's Ire
Deathwing deals 10% more damage for each Armor Plate he lacks.

Meteor damage increased from 70 to 150
Cooldown reduction reduced from 25 to 15 seconds
Heroes hit by the meteors now also heal Deathwing for 3% of his maximum health.
Death Drop (New Functionality)
Deathwing can begin to cast abilities 2 seconds after landing.
Hitting Heroes with landing reduces their Armor by 20 for 4 seconds.
Skyfall (New Functionality)
Meteor Drop gains an additional charge. Hitting an enemy Hero with meteor heals Deathwing for 1.5% of his maximum health.

Burn Beneath My Shadow
Periodic damage bonus increased from 80% to 100%.
Bellowing Roar
Damage increased from 25 to 50
This ability will now take over Deathwing's Trait button.
LEVEL 13
Wicked Inferno (New Functionality)
Reduce the energy drain of Molten Flame to 25 per second.
Ruination (New Functionality) Destroyer: Increase the Slow of Onslaught to 60%. World Breaker: Reduce the cooldown of Earth Shatter by 6 seconds and increase its range by 20%.
Dragonic Might (Moved from Level 1)(New Functionality)
Become Protected for 0.75 seconds and reduce the cooldown of your basic abilities by 1.25 seconds upon losing an Armor Plate.
LEVEL 16
Conflagration (Adjusted Functionality)
Dealing 425 damage with Molten Flame to enemy Heroes within 4 seconds causes them to burn for an additional 200 damage over 4 seconds. While burning, they explode every 1 second, dealing 100 damage to all nearby enemies.
Gaze Onto Destruction (New Functionality)
Increase the radius of landing area by 20%.
Hitting Heroes with landing Stuns them for 0.5 seconds, then Slows them by 40% for 2.5 seconds.
Elementium Plating
Shield duration reduced from 8 to 6 seconds
Healing increased from 2% to 3%
LEVEL 20
Stood in the Fire
Slow increased from 40% to 50%
Duration bonus reduced from 50% to 25%
Arrival of a God
Unchanged.
Destroyer's Rampage (New Functionality)
For the next 6 seconds after landing in Destroyer form, Deathwing's damage is increased by 50% and takedowns reset the cooldown of his basic abilities. Damaging Heroes refreshes this effect and switching to World Breaker form removes the effect.
World Breaker's Madness (New)
After landing in World Breaker form, your next Lava Burst and Earth Shatter have their size and damage increased by 100%. Switching to Destroyer form removes the effect. Passive: Takedowns reset the cooldown of Dragonflight.
