Deckard Cain is a melee support character that cannot deal much damage but uses his great knowledge for give many different kind of advantages for his team.

Countdown: 80 seconds.

Deckard Cain uses his knowledge to guide a ally in the correct way, gaining 50% of the amount of experience that the selected ally hero earns. You can only have Mentoring on one ally at a time.

Countdown: 7 seconds.

Deckard Cains discovers a Regeneration Globe in front of him.

STAY AWHILE AND LISTEN (W)

Countdown: 20 seconds.

Enemies nearby to Deckard Cain become root and silenced for 2 seconds.

QUEST (E)

Countdown: 60 seconds.

Deckard Cain conecede a random quest to a ally hero that can buff basic attack, ability power, mana regeneration, health regeneration or gain of experience. Cannot be used in a hero that already have a incompleted Quest.

Countdown: 3 seconds

After channeling for 1 second, Deackard Cain gains stealth in instead of mounting. When loses the stealth Deckard Cain also reveals the area for 1,75 second.

DISCOVER ITEM: SCOUTING DRONE - Places a Scouting Drone at target location, granting vision and revealing a large area around it for 45 seconds. This drone cannot be hidden and is killed by enemies with 2 Basic Attacks. Stores up to 2 charges.

(Q) DOUBLE PRIZE - Discover 2 Regeneration Globes.

(E) START YOUR JOURNEY - Reduces the countdown of Quest by 20 seconds.

(Z) WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE - Increase the damage that enemies revealed by Deckard Cain take by 35%.

(D) ADVANCED TEACHING - Increase the experience earned by Mentoring by 100%

level 4

DISCOVER ITEM: COIN - Enemy Minions killed near you grant a stack of Bribe. Hero Takedowns grant 10 stacks of Bribe. Use 25 stacks to bribe a Mercenary, instantly defeating them. Does not work on Bosses. Maximum of 300 stacks. If a camp is defeated entirely with Bribe, the camp respawns 50% faster.

(Q) DISCOVER AND ENHANCE - Regeneration Globes criated by Discorver Item: Regeneration Globe heal 50% more mana and health.

(E) PLAYER ADDICTED - Quest has now 2 charges and can be used once in a ally that already have a incompleted quest in progress.

(W) STAY MORE - Encrease the root of Stay Awhile and Listen by 0,5 seconds.

level 7

DISCOVER ITEM: VENOM - Basic attacks poison their target, dealing 35.7 (+5% per level) damage a second for 3 seconds.

(W) LISTEN MORE - Encrease the duration of the silence of Stay Awhile and Listen by 100%.

(D) BEST DISCIPLE - Target of Mentoring also gains 10% more damage and attack speed.

(Q) BLESS OF HORADRIM - Enemy Regeneration globes also heal ally heroes when Deckard Cain is near.

Level 10

HORADRIM HERITAGE (R) - Increase the ability power of all allies by 100% for 5 seconds.

KNOWLEDGE OF AREA (R) - Deckard Cain gains vision in every area that he has walked, revealing enemy heroes for 5 seconds.

LEVEL 13

DISCOVER ITEM: HOURGLASS - Activate to reset the countdown of your basic abilities. CD: 60 sec.

(Q) CURSE OF HODRADIM - Ally Regeneration Globes make damage on enemy heroes by the same amount of healing that the Globes heal, when Deckard Cain is near.

(E) PLAYER TWO - When Quest is used in a ally hero Deckard Cain also gains one.

(Z) ACCELERATED SPYNESS - When uses Watch and Learn Deckard Cain gains 10% more movement speed.

LEVEL 16

DISCOVER ITEM: BOLT OF THE STORM - Activate to teleport to a nearby location.

(Q) FINAL ENHANCE - Ally Regeneration Globes now affect all allies, including minions, mercenaties, bosses and monsters.

(Z) HIDE WITH WISDOM - Reduces the time of channeling for uses Watching and Learning by 0,5 second.

(W) THIS IS AN ORDER - Stay Awhile and Listen also deal 70.72 damage (+4% per level).

LEVEL 20

(R) AREA MAPPED - Knowledge of The Area now reveals all map.

(R) HORADRIM POWER - Increase the ability power by 150%.

DISCOVER ITEM: THE SEQUEL - Reduces Deckard Cain's death timer by 75%.

(D) GREAT MASTER - Deckard Cain can use Mentoring in all allies at the same time.

I do think that a 60s cooldown for a basic ability is too long, while both heroics cooldowns are short. But they're just numbers and doesn't really matter because these ideas are great.

This is too op. Theres some active ability by some heroes, which increase there own abilitypower by 15%-25%. And it has more cooldown. And this spell twice the damage of all mages of your team in teamfights, lets dealing them 100% more damage with Phoenix, Firestrike, Living Bomb, Blizzard etc for 5 seconds! Seriously, this is too much.

Seems really a little op, but I thought that it would be like a compensation for the weaknesses in teamfight. Anyway, the duration and the countdown can be changed for balance the skills.
