Potion of Rejuvenation: Potion healing is increased by 5% for each second it stays on the ground to a maximum of 50%.

Ancient Weapon: Identify lasts 10 seconds shorter but grants 25% increased attack speed.

Horadric Talent: Cain channels everything 33% faster.

Tome of Lore: Throw a book at the target enemy, putting them to sleep for 4 seconds.

Kanai's Cube: Horadric Cube grants allies with identified items an extra 25 armor for 10 seconds.

Book of Cain: Scholar causes every 6 "attacks" against the same target to mark them, granting vision of them and their cooldowns.

Amplification Potion: Healing Potions grant allies 50% increased healing for 4 seconds and hold an extra charge.

Loremaster: Quest: Identifying an item permanently increases the damage amplification of items by 2%.

One thing about your design is that I got thrown off by the massive wall of text on his Trait lol. You may want to have the description of how the abilities work be the only thing on the ability description, then add in a detailed description elsewhere (I usually put mine below the skill description, though I did it differently for Deckard because his kit is weird). Simplicity makes things much nicer. Otherwise, I think I would be fine playing as Deckard, or maybe not since I'm a warrior main at heart :P
