Ressource: Wisdom
Deckard uses his Wisdom to help his allies on the battlefield. Wisdom does not generate or degenerate at time, but is gathered from Heath Globes, Dying enemies or with one of his Ultimates.

Horadric Wisdom
Deckard uses Wisdom instead of Mana, that he gathers from Enemies and Health Globes.
He gains 1 Wisdom for dying Minions, 3 for Mercenaries and 5 for Heros and Health Globes.
He also gains 1 Stack of "Horadric Wisdom" for every Heath Globe gathered, up to a max of 20 Stacks.
You can use Your Trait (D) to consume 4 Stacks of "Horadric Wisdom" to spawn a Health Globe nearby.
This has a 1 sec cool down.

15 Wisdom / 6 sec cd / small ground ae (like lunara's Q but a little bigger)
Concentrate your mind onto the targeted location, dealing 50(+4%) dmg every 0.5 sec for 1.5 sec and than erupt dealing 150(+4%) dmg and slow all hit enemies by 50% for 2 seconds.

Unidentify
10 Wisdom and 2 Wisdom every sec. / 9 sec cd after cancels channel / self
You observe your surrounding, gaining +150% Vision range, but slower you down by 15%.
While observing you spawn a Health globe nearby for every unique enemy Hero you can see and give allies 20% movement and attack speed when they pick up a Health Globe while within your Vision range.

Stay a while and listen ...
5 Wisdom every sec. / 3 sec cd after cancels channeling / self
While you channel "Stay a while and listen..." you cannot move and you cannot regenerate "Horadric Wisdom", but all ally Heros within a [large] radius gain +100% basic ability cool down recovery rate and generates 1% of there maximum resource every second.
You can still use your "Horadric Wisdom" Stacks to spawn Health Globes with channeling.
Canceled by running out of Wisdom recasting this ability or moving.

Instantly grant you 20 Stacks of Horadric Wisdom and 100 Wisdom and another 10 Stacks of Horadric Wisdom and 50 Wisdom over 5 seconds.

Overwhelming Knowledge
80 Wisdom / 45 sec cd / targeted ally within a large range
Bless a target with all your knowledge, increasing his attack speed, attack damage, movement speeding and vision radius by 15% for 15 seconds and sharing all Health Globes This Hero Gather with all allied heroes (global) and they spawn a Health globe nearby every 3 seconds.
If I understand well ,Wisdom is to use his abilities, right? Is that all?
The second ultimate named "Overwhelming Knowledge" is, well, kind of odd. Some heroes already boost up their allies like that (Morales and Reghar for example, and we could include Varian's banners and ultimates). Not as much buffs on a single target, but kind of. And do we really want to make a character that can create another Monstruosity (I mean by that someone who could buff to the top an Illidan who is already such a pain when he's pursuing you to the death, or a Super Sonya, a Samuro 2.0 or even a buffed Varian) Also, the "Stay awhile and listen" basic ability seems familiar to me since it's an ultimate ability I thought for Cain's hero Concept Ultimate here: http://www.heroesfire.com/hots/concept/deckard-cain-complete-6154
For knowledge, that ability is for me an upgraded version of Malfurion's Innervate (which I like that), but I would suggest you to keep the cooldown reductions low (low profile too :P) since that only a few heroes can grant cooldown reductions to allies and it's in general below 20% cooldown reduction (Malfurion even got nerfed a while ago because that his cooldown reduction was too high and too strong). That is too strong, I think, for a basic Ability power, even if it's only used on others. If you can spam all day your abilities, you already have a great advantage versus the enemy team by putting a lot of pressure on them.
For Unidentify...Well I never knew that Cain "Un-identifies" items hahaha XD. Is that his ability? Beside of that, is the self-slow last for all the ability time? Does he move if he channels his ability?
I like that, rather than my build, you gave to Cain at least an ability that deals damage ("All I can do...") (I don't care if it's AOE or something, but at least he can put pressure in your concept). It doesn't feel like a Deckard Cain would do though in my opinion. He's not a fighter, nor a mage, but a scholar. He fights with Wisdom and Knowledge, not powers or magics. When I think Cain, I think of a Monk in real life (like a buddhist), I think of a Martin Luther King (Cain pursuing his researches to defeat Evil), I think of an Historian, I think of a storyteller and I think of an Elder. Let's respect the nature of the character if possible.
I do want to know more about how Wisdom and Horadric Wisdom works, how they "sounds" for you. If possible.

about "Overwhelming Knowledge" : Yes its another buff ability but i think Deackard deserves one and i couldn't come up with something else.
Im very sorry didn't want to steel abilities from you ("Stay a while and Listen..."; yes i did made my concept up by myself...), but i think it just fits very good so idk if you want me to change it (yours were there first after all).
And you really cached me off guard about the unidentify ability :D my point in this concept was, that i think Health Golbes could be a really good support feature for a Hero that does not participate (or just a little bit) in a fight to not only Heal and restore mana to allies, but also to help other people to get there Quests done fast (what i think fits Cain really well.
So, i tried to build him around Heath Globes (thats what his trait and "W" take care of) and the rest of his abilities were, well lets call them "better Placeholders".
So if someone whats to (and for sure can) make a better concept for him that builds around Health Globes i would take this down in a second.
Well im still at work so i will change things later and will edit my comment to explain "Wisdom" and "Horadric Wisdom" better and will talk about his Q ability.

I'm totally with you in that regards then, and I'm so glad that the ideas I thought of Deckard CAin could bring inspiration to someone else! I agree that Blizzard needs at the moment we talk a new support. Cain could fit this role, but indirectly, which is tricky. Greater regen Globes are the best path we can think of for the moment. But there is so much a support could do than just to play as the guy who heals wounds...We, me included, do lack some imagination to think of how supports can help his teamates "without being HealBot". If I can help your build to make it better, I'll help with the best as I can do to do so. I'll wait for your explaination of the Wisdom idea before commenting again though :P.
well it took some time but finally i got to reply.
So first : Wisdom Its a pure placement for Mana, so yes it would be there only to use his abilities, but it does not regenerate by itself (even at the altar), so he would have to be within a lane or a teammate to pick up Heath Globes for him (but even than, he would need to be within some range and possibly in danger).
Next Horadic Wisdom : Like above he does get one stack for every Health Globe gathers (also when a Teammates picks one up so basically like with Quests,when you get the Heal/mana you get a Stack). You can than use these Stacks (4 of them) to Spawn a Health Globe under your curser (within some range).Im not sure if i should make them "special", like "Great Health Globs" but i dont know if they should than heal for more, cost more Stacks or to count towards Quest and give You Wisdom or even stacks of Horadic Wisdom.
Last ALL I CAN DO ... I dont know what to do with it, so i just come up with a random idea and thought "maybe he should have a slow or/and a zoning tool", but i wanted more than just that so i made it deal dmg. (so when you have some ideas i would like to hear them !)
Ok ok I got it! So Wisdom is like Hope to Auriel, but instead of stacking by allies dmg, it stacks by regen globes. Hmmm. Why not make it global and Team gathering (like I mean by that that your team helps YOU to stack up Wisdom)? Like teachers learn from their students and are not "All-mighty Know-it-all" people.
I do think that it is not overpowered to "Transmute" 3-4 picked regen globes to a Greater one. In the way you are saying it, it would seem to people that you'll lose in a way the regen globes "plus-value" effect you could have for your allies. To keep my thinking simple XD, make them greater than they are so that it's worth picking them up! For the moment, they're not worth picking them up unless you do a quest for regen globes. Make them noticeable and considerable to people.
Ok, sure the "All I can do..." ability is a clumsy idea, but do not reject it too fast. How about making a Lorenado? That could be a Lore-wise (april's fool of the Archivist ability Diablo 3) decision and it could be funny to watch. It still stays an aoe, but how about that some talents could create two or even three Lorenados? Or the Lorenado pushes back enemy heroes (like the one that the boss in Sky Temple does :P)? Or even knocking nearby enemies into the air (like Johanna's Falling Sword Ultimate does)?
What it helps to make astonishing ideas is how you name your skills. The name orient your way of thinking of an idea for it in a specific way that will ensure that your concept is solid enough to be accepted by anyone.
The "..." in the end of some ability means that you haven't put all your ideas in there. I'm sure they're as great as the ones you putted already here and I,ll be glad to keep an eye on it!
