A combo oriented defensive specialist whose value is in empowering his fellow heroes.

Combat Trait

Stay a While and Listen
This activatable trait allows Deckard Cain to settle in a friendly allied Keep or Fort. All minions that pass by the chosen structure have their health and damage increased by 10% and provide experience if they kill a minion. Deckard Cain’s hearth is also set to this location. (100 second cooldown)

Scroll of Town Portal
A unique hearth that transports Deckard Cain to his settled Fort or Keep. Provides healing equivalent to the cast of a hearth.

Primary Abilities

Repel Evil
Short range line skill shot that knocks back an enemy and slows them by 40% for 2 seconds. [6 second cooldown]

Horadric Defenders
Deckard Cain can fortify structures preventing them from being shut down and providing them a moderate shield. It also prevents ammo from being depleted for 7 seconds. [15 second cooldown]

Horadric Cube
Allows Deckard Cain to create a targetable buff for his allies by combining two items. Pressing E transforms Deckard Cain’s Q, W, & E into item options which he combines two of to create a unique effect. (Q- Health Potion) (W- Weapon) (E-Rune). [6 second cooldown]

Q+Q (Potion + Potion)
Creates a Health Globe which heals an ally.

Q+W (Potion + Weapon)
Imbues an ally with Life Stealing to receive health on auto attacks for 10 seconds

Q + E (Potion + Rune)
Attacks deal an additional 2% health damage for 10 seconds

W+W (Weapon + Weapon)
10% additional basic attack damage for 10 seconds

W+E (Weapon + Rune)
10% additional ability damage for 10 seconds

E+E (Rune + Rune)
Moderate ranged lightning attack.

Heroic Abilities

Legendary Affix
Passive that adds a third static combination for the Horadric Cube.

    Q- Invisibility for 5 seconds

    W- 30% Speed Increase

    E- Groups of small sparks scatter on the ground for 5 seconds dealing moderate to high damage.

Tome of Town Portal
Creates a town portal that allies may enter to travel to wherever Deckard Cain’s trait has been placed. The portal is open for 10 seconds.

Summary

He brings little in the aspect of a 5th body but has potential to offset that by holding lanes and buffing his allies (adventurers). I feel like the game has space available for a "reverse specialist" with the idea of preserving your lanes, rather than pushing your opponents. It also provides a fairly hard counter to Sylvanas, with a kit that is a risk, so as not to break Sylvanas completely.

His trait mitigates soaking experience in one lane while allowing Cain to empower allies in the early game, similar to Azmodan. Unlike Azmodan
