KHALIM'S WILL (W) Horadric Cube also increases target ally's Attack Speed and reduces target enemy's Attack Speed by 1.5% per each Khanduran Rune stored.
STONE OF JORDAN (W) Horadric Cube also grants target allied Hero and steals target enemy Hero 1% of their maximum Mana per each Khanduran Rune stored.

I put all my effort on making a different playstyle Hero, while keeping the original essence about this iconic character that made him really beloved between Diablo players. I made a little nerf to Last of the Horadrim (heroic ability): Increasing Cain's death time based on number of revived Heroes make it a big sacrifice when resurrecting more than 1 or 2 Heroes.
Reviving all heroes is too overpowered. The concept is very believable and is in line with Blizzard's pattern but I'm 100% they would allow that ultimate. One hero, yes, all heroes, no. Blizzard said they want to play with the idea of a hero with resurrection capabilities anyways. Good job.
I will take a look at making some tweaks on Last of the Horadrim. Maybe make it resurrect only 1 or 2 Heroes, or increasing Cain's respawn based on number of resurrected Heroes. Will think about it, thank you!
I read and watched some concepts before making this concept, including the sketch made by carbotanimations. From that video I really loved the idea in where enemies dont attack you (originally I thought Cain's trait only as unable to attack and reduce passively damage received to allied heroes), so I thought it will be cool adding it here. But I dont see any similitudes between the Horadric Cube ability I described here (heal ally or damage enemy) and what I see in that video (make ally invulnerable), besides the fact that I made a full hero concept including talent tiers and that video is only a short sketch of (cool) ability's ideas.
In addition, if you take a look other Cain's concepts here on heroesfire, you will see Identify and Town Portal appear on almost all of them with similar mechanics because they are very iconic abilities related with Cain.
This is easily the best Deckard Cain concept I have seen so far. I just have a few thoughts for it: First I would switch tiers for Crusaders of Light (6->5) and Advanced Transmutation (5->6). On their current tiers they feel out of place. Advanced Transmutation can allow for stronger heals, or damage, more often because of the reduced charge use. This really outshines everything else on its current tier. Crusaders of light also feels weak on its current tier, not really providing the same amount of utility as the other options.
After that change I would swap Tiers 3 and 5 completely. The current tier 5 (after moving Crusaders of Light) feels a little week and the talents would be more impactful early game. On the flipside the current tier 3 feels like a major power spike that really makes sense at level 13.
When I designed the talent tiers, the current tier 3 was tier 5 and vice versa. But I swaped them because Advanced Trasnmutation is too powerful to have it early game. So Im gonna apply your idea of swaping Crusaders of Light and Advanced Trasmutation because that solves my initial problem and brings more relevance to tier 6 choice.
