Level 4:

Open Wound: Claws deal extra 27(+8/lvl) damage over 5 seconds.

Founders Keepers: On death you lose only 50% of your essence stacks.

Primal Attack: Increase Claws' slow by 20% and for an additional second.

Friendly Hand: You can drag allied heroes.

Level 7:

Crushing Jump: Leap stuns nearby enemies for 1 second on hit.

Healing Instinct: Every third basic on the same target heal you for 65% damage dealt to that target. Heal is increased to 90% on enemy heroes.

Meteor: Leap deals 50(+10/lvl) damage to nearby enemies on hit.

Health Essence: [ACTIVE] Active to consume 4 essence stacks and heal for 40% of your max health.
(Cooldown: 20s)

Primal Ally: [ACTIVE] Activate to give an ally the same benefits you gained from your essence stacks for 10 seconds while consuming 5 essence stacks.

Level 13:

Evolve Better Claws: For each stack of essence gain +5% basic attack damage. (+50% on 10 essence stacks)
Dmg with max essence: 61.5(+13.5/lvl)           Lvl 20: 331.5
(cannot be chosen if Evolve Claws is chosen at level 1)

Evolve Better Armour: For each stack of essence you take 2.5% less damage from enemies' basic attacks, 1% less damage from enemies' abilities and 4% less damage from non-heroic sources. (-25%, -10%, -40% on 10 essence stacks)

Evolve Better Muscles: For each stack of essence gain +2% movement speed and movement speed while mounted. (+20% on 10 essence stacks)

Level 16:

No Escape: Drag stuns the target for 2 seconds. (does not affect allies)

Massive Hit: Every fifth basic attack on the same target stuns it for 0.5 seconds.

Essence Hungry: Increase max essence stacks by 5.

Spawn: [ACTIVE] Activate to spawn a duplicate of yourself in cost of 25% of your current health. Spawn has 50% of your current health as it's max health, the same basic attack damage (without essence stacks) and it has 50% of your essence stacks benefits. Duplicate cannot use your abilities.

Level 20:
 
Primal Leader: Doubles the affect of Primal Evolution.
 
Terrifying Fog: Blinding Cloud no longer effects allies and silences enemies completely.

Master Mutation: Increase the first level's talent to be the same as their parallel 13th level's talent and increase the 13th level's talent affect by 25%.

Primal Pack: [ACTIVE] Activate to summon 4 primal Zerglings, 2 primal Roaches and 3 primal Hydralisks at your location that go for the nearest lane and start pushing that lane for your team. (Cooldown: 100s)

I currently feel you should nerf drag. It's basically a targetted hook, which is really too powerful. I mean stitches has a chance to miss altogether, and a chance to get a minion, another hero, etc. Basically this ability would defeat the point of picking stitches, at all.
