Dismas (WIP)

The Highwayman

A mobile Ranged Assassin moving in and out of fights while constantly dealing damage.

After years as a bandit, Dismas finally felt regret for his actions when he raided and killed an innocent woman and her child. To atone for his sins, he turned to the Old Road to find redemption.

(This is a rough draft before I continue working on this to see interest and receive feedback. Any suggestions are welcome for flavor and balance changes. Thank you in advance!)

Combat Trait

Hard Noggin/Quirks
The duration of stuns and roots on you is reduced by 25%.

Every other talent tier (level 4, 10, and 16), a new random quirk is added, granting new bonuses.

Quick Reflexes: Using Basic Abilities grant 15% Movement Speed for 3 seconds.
Natural Eye: Reduces the spread of Pistol shot by 33%.
Slugger: Open Vein's initial damage and Duelist's Advance deal 15% more damage.
Robust: Duration of slows is reduced by 50%.
Warrior of the Light: After not taking damage for 5 seconds, your next Basic Abilities does 20% more damage (level 16 only).
Hard Skinned: Gain 10 Armor while at 50% Health or less (level 16 only).

Primary Abilities

Open Vein
Mana Cost: 60
Cooldown: 9 seconds


Cut an enemy open, dealing 160 (+4%) damage and bleeding them for another 60 (+4%) damage over 3 seconds. They are slowed by 20% while bleeding.

Pistol Shot
Mana Cost: 65
Cooldown: 8 seconds


Fire a shot in a 22.5 degree cone, dealing 230 (+4%) damage to the first enemy hit.

Duelist's Advance
Mana Cost: 50
Cooldown: 12 seconds


Dash in and stab, dealing 150 (+4%) damage to enemies in a line. Hitting a Hero causes you to riposte, causing you to Basic Attack enemies who Basic Attack you for the next 4 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Tracking Shot
Mana Cost: 80
Cooldown: 50 seconds


Fire a targeting shot, dealing 200 (+4%) damage to the first enemy hit and marking them for 6 seconds. Marked enemies are revealed and Pistol Shot automatically targets them and deals 100% more damage.

Virtue
Cooldown: 100 seconds

When you take damage while at 40% Health or less, become virtuous for 6 seconds, buffing you and allies around based on your virtue.

Powerful: Gain 30% Spell Power and allies gain 20% Spell Power.
Stalwart: Become Unstoppable and you and allies heal 80 (+4%) Health per second.
Vigorous: Gain 30% Movement Speed and allies gain 20% Movement Speed.
