Sparky Uberthruster

Formerly the protége of Lead Sapper Blastfizzle, Sparky Uberthruster was driven to madness from irradiation. Ever since, he has terrorized Area 52 with a bunch of stolen explosives as Dr. Boom, while lending his aid to all those with 7 or more Mana Crystals.

Combat Trait

[D] Bomb Lob
Every 7 seconds, Dr. Boom's next Basic Attack will deal ~100 bonus Spell damage to the target and in an area around them.

Primary Abilities

[Q] Rocket Barrage
Mana: 40
Charge cooldown: 9 seconds

Fire a rocket to an area that explodes after 0.5 seconds, dealing ~150 damage in a small radius. Holds 3 Charges.

[W] Boom Bots
Mana: 75
Cooldown: 16 seconds

Summon 2 Boom Bots that will wander besides Dr. Boom for up to 16 seconds. The Boom Bots will charge at nearby enemy Heroes and explode, dealing ~160 damage in a medium radius.

[E] Cherry Bomb
Mana: 70
Cooldown: 13 seconds

Deal ~70 damage to an enemy and stun all enemies in a small radius for 0.75 seconds.

Cooldown: 30 seconds

Throw a bundle of dynamite that explodes after 1 second, dealing ~500 in a big radius. Deals 20% increased damage to Structures.

Mana: 100
Cooldown: 90 seconds

Summon 10 Boom Bots over 15 seconds.

Passive: Dr. Boom gains 5% Ability Power.

Talents

Level 1

Gasoline Bombs: Gathering a Regeneration Globe makes your next Bomb Lob deal an additional ~80 damage over 3 seconds to all targets.
Reward: After gathering 20 Regeneration Globes, all Bomb Lobs deal the additional damage.
Flashbang: Cherry Bomb blinds affected enemies for 2 seconds.
Incinerating Block: Every 10 seconds, gain 75 Armor against the next enemy Hero Basic Attack, reducing damage by 75%. Additionally, whenever an attack is blocked by this talent, deal ~50 damage to the attacker. Holds up to 2 charges.

Level 4

Exterminate Vermin: Bomb Lob deals 200% increased damage to non-Heroes.
Demolition Expert: Increases all damage dealt to Structures by 30%.
Miniature Nuke: Quest: Getting a Takedown increases the damage of Rocket Barrage by 10.

Level 7

Brann's Blessing: Now summons 4 Boom Bots, but increases the cooldown by 10 seconds.
Long Lob: Bomb Lob attacks have 1.6 increased range.
Try Again: Whenever Rocket Barrage does not hit any enemies, reduce the cooldown by 5 seconds.

Level 10

Level 13

More Explosions!: Using an Ability resets the cooldown on Bomb Lob.
Concussive Blast: Bomb Lob knocks enemies away from the primary target.
Concentrated Burst: Bomb Lob deals ~120 additional damage, but no longer damages in an area.

Level 16

Executioner
Frenzied Throws: Bomb Lob increases Attack Speed by 70% decaying over 3 seconds.
Poisoned Bombs: Rocket Barrage and Cherry Bombs deals ~80 additional damage over 5 seconds.

Level 20

Double Bundle: Throw Dynamite gets a second charge and explodes 0.25 seconds faster.
Boomaggedon: Summons an additional 5 Boom Bots over the same duration. Whenever Dr. Boom gets a Takedown during Bombpocalypse, reduce the cooldown of Bombpocalypse by 10 seconds.
Bigger Booms: Increase the explosion radius of Rocket Barrage, Bomb Lob, Boom Bot, Cherry Bomb and Throw Dynamite by 35%.
