As I said earlier, I designed three different builds as it follows :
Harasser - Leech Bomb / Leg Up / Deafening Explosion / Smoke Screen / Glued Face / Double Tap / Rewind
Early Game, you can do sustain damage without go to the fountain often thanks to mana regen. You can go far on lane and quickly head back with Rocket Boots, but not without an ally.
Leg Up allows yourself and your teammates to engage, or escape a lot easier, but it will rely on coordination if you don't want to lauch your partners in the enemy pack, so not a talent for quickmatch.
Deafening explosion will contain the enemy team in counterpush, break some channelings and make escaping easier.
Smoke screen also make escaping easier but of course, engaging easier, as well as chase down a group of low life enemies with the movement speed bonus.
Glued face to interrupt autoattackers, and double tap to enhance the escape and disruptive potential. You rely on your multiple charges abilities to be useful, so
rewind is not bad.
Damage Dealer : Large Pockets / Full Tank / Shockwave / Boom Factory / Burning Fluids / Discount Materials / Chain Explosion
Large pockets and
full tank to have a better mobility for chasing and pushing, and rooting enemies for teamburst.
Shockwave is the skill really pumping up your damages along with the nice area slow. It will be OP with battle momentum, so they're on the same tier.
Boom factory for huge disrupting in teamfights and better overall damages,
burning fluids will help keeping the enemy not too agressive and make sustain damages.
Discount material will create less Explosive trap than Drop Point but they will be more accurate, it's up to you.
Chain explosion will eventually upgrade your damages and disruption in teamfights, preventing counterpush a little more.
Laner - Insecticide / Nitroglycerine Enriched / Searing attacks / Boom Factory / Spell Shield / Double Tap / Fury of the Storm
Insecticide will help control the enemy minion flow, while yours is growing.
Nitroglycerine for taking down forts quicker, the bonus is huge, but it can be casted only once every 25 sec, and its utility will decline through time. If you push alone or split push,
Human shield may be an awesome escape, but you will lack the 250%, it's up to you, and how much you die.
Searing attacks will help you taking down forts quickly before the enemy team gets on you in split push phases, for example.
Boom Factory will clearly (maybe OP, with a lane build) help nuking down forts and towers in no time. After that, you will be focused especially when pushing alone so Spellshield is here to prevent gank and help escape after pushing a lane, and double tap to double the damage potential of your boom bots, especially on the idol. will also burst down last forts, keeping enemies further, and destroying idol in one clear attack, if enemy heroes are resurecting.
All the other talents are here to bring more viability regarding how the game is going. First Aid or Stoneskin, are to give you a better chance of surviving when escaping is not enough, so any hybrid build could be considered, because
dead heroes don't do damages, and it's something a lot of players seem to forget these days.
