Level 1-
Bone Shield (Q): Hitting enemy Heroes with Heart Strike grants you stacks of Block, reducing the damage of the next incoming Heroic Basic Attack by 70%. Block Stacks acquired this way stack up to 5 times.

Death Grip (E): If Gorefiend's Grasp hits a hero, you gain 25 Armor for 2.75 seconds.
Level 4-
Frost Fever (Active): Activate to damage an enemy Hero for 250(+4%) over 10 seconds and also Slowing them by 20% for the duration. Can be spread by Blood Boil. 70 second cooldown
Unholy Blight (Active): Activate to mark a target with Unholy Blight. If they are affected by Blood Plague, all enemies around them become infected with Blood Plague. This mark lasts for 7 seconds. 60 second cooldown
Blood Beasts (Trait): When you cast Plague Leech, a pair of unkillable Blood Beasts spawn near your target, dealing 35(+4%) damage per second each to their target, Slowing them by 20% for 2 seconds, and healing you for 25% of the damage dealt. These Blood Beasts last for 3 seconds.
Level 7-
Sanguine Disaster (Q): Blood Plague now heals you for 140% of the damage dealt.
Boiling Point (W): Blood Boil now has two charges
Rigor Mortis (E): Gorefiend's Grasp now stuns its primary target for 1 second.
Deathbringer's Will (Active): Your next three Basic Attacks deal 130% additional damage and increase your movement speed by 20% for 3 seconds. 60 second cooldown.
Level 10-

Level 13-
Unholy Presence (Active): Activate to increase your movement speed by 30% and make yourself Unstoppable for 3 seconds. 80 second cooldown
Rune of Blood (Q): Your Basic Attacks against enemies affected by Blood Plague heal you for 70% of the damage dealt.
Rune Tap (Active): Spend 120 mana to reduce incoming damage by 60% for 2 seconds. 50 second cooldown
Level 16-
Marrowstorm (W): Blood Boil now also creates a damage aura around you for the next 3 seconds, dealing 60(+4%) damage per second.
Imposing Presence (Passive)
Death's Reach (E): The grab range of Gorefiend's Grasp is increased by 40%.
Level 20-
Unhallowed Ground (R1): Defile now has two charges.
Mark of the Fallen Champion (R2): Death Strike now marks its target, causing them to take 70% of any other damage you deal, for 5 seconds. You are healed for 50% of the copied damage.
Blood Tap (Active): Your mana and cooldowns regenerate 150% faster for the next 5 seconds. 50 second cooldown
Purgatory (Passive): Upon taking fatal damage, convert any overkill into a healing absorption shield that lasts for 5 seconds. If you aren't healed through this shield within its duration, you die. This effect can only occur once every 150 seconds.
