Movement speed is increased by 25-0% from 100-1% Health, while Basic Attack damage is increased from 0-25% from 100-1% Health. Activate to max each bonus for 3 seconds.

Maggots
Every time you take or inflict damage, you spawn a maggot, each of these has a separate 4 Second Cooldown. Maggots follow you and attack your enemies. Activate to consume a Maggot, healing you for 5% of your max health over 3 seconds. You can have 4 Maggots Max.

Charge
Cooldown: 25 Seconds
Charge at a nearby enemy, dealing significant damage and stunning them for 1 Second. Cannot be interrupted.

Impale
Cooldown: 90 Seconds
Pin target enemy Hero, and another if one is nearby, channeling to keep them rooted and deal damage to them over 3 Seconds. Damage is double if only 1 Enemy is pinned. Interruptable. Reactivate to cancel.
Special Mount

Burrow
Cooldown: 45 Seconds
Tunnel to a location. (Similar to Falstad's flight)
This would need a lot of tuning, however I like it.
