Bribe - Kill enemy Minions or captured Mercenaries to gain stacks of Bribe. use 20 stacks to bribe target Mercenary, instantly defeating them. Does not work on Bosses. Maximum stacks available: 50.[/li]

Sprint - Activate to gain 75% movement speed for 3 seconds.[/li]

Toxic Fumes - Leaves a trail of poison fumes in a trail behind him. This deals 30 damage per second.[/li]

Cheat Death - Fatal Attacks reduce you to 20% of your maximum health. You also take 75% reduced damage after Cheat Death is activated (Passive)[/li]

Deadly Throw - Vancleef throws his daggers piercing the targets armor reducing their defensives by 10% as well as slowing them by 10%[/li]

Longbow Scout - When Longbow Scout is activated, Vancleef uses his trusty longbow to shoot an arrow to scout the location targeted on the map (This does no damage and does not interrupt turn-ins).[/li]

Energy - Increase your energy pool by 25 points.[/li]

Level 10

Death from Above - Vancleef Instantly appears over and behind his enemy dealing damage and exposing their weaknesses which increase all damage taken by 25%[/li]

Feint - Vancleef increases his defensive stats and stops 50% of the incoming damage for the next 10 seconds as well as stopping all forms of crow control[/li]

Leadership - Vancleef provides his team with the Leadership they need and motivates them to do 10% more damage when his teammate are around him[/li]

Smoke Bomb - Vancleef throws down a smoke bomb that him and his teammates can stand in to go stealth. If abilities are used within smoke bomb the stealth cancels and they instead take 30% reduced damage within smoke bomb.[/li]

Dispatch - Basic attacks reduce your crippling strike cooldown by 1 second.[/li]
[li]
Spell Shield - Upon Taking ability damage, reduce that damage and further ability damage by 50% for 3 seconds. Can only trigger once every 30 seconds.[/li]

Swashbuckler - Activate Swashbuckler to equip a shield and reduce damage taken by 30% and gain the passive ability sword and board! (
Bash your opponent with your shield stunning them for 3 seconds)[/li]

Gnomish Dagger - Stolen and re-engineered use Vancleef uses this dagger to put himself or one of his allies in a shock stasis that lasts for 3 seconds.[/li]

Combat Potency - You passively generate 10 more energy every 2 seconds.[/li]

Sonar - Vancleef uses his sonar machine to send a quick 3 second blip across the entire map that reveals all enemies.[/li]
[li]
Evasion - Each time you take reduced damage you gain a stack of Evasion. Evasion grants 5% reduced damage this stacks up to 5 times. (Evasion does not proc Evasion)[/li]

Deadly Momentum - Each time you get a killing blow on an enemy hero Deadly Momentum procs this reduced your Heroic abilities cooldown by 10 seconds.[/li]

Level 20

Improved Death from Above - Now when you kill someone that you was your previous target from Death from Above, Death from Above instantly resets the cooldown.[/li]

Improved Feint - Now when being attacked while feinted you have a chance to counter attack your enemy. Each time you counter attack you stun your attacker for 1.5s[/li]

Nexus Blades - Basic Attacks deal 20% more damage and stun the target for 1 second (Internal 10 Second CD)[/li]
[li]
Rewind - Activate to reset the cooldowns of your Basic Abilites[/li]
