Edwin VanCleef (UPDATED)

Warcraft Rogue

Combat Trait

1
Subtlety (30 seconds cooldown)
Activate this ability to vanish from sight turning invisible for 4 seconds. Vanish is an improved stealth that can't be broken from taking damage. Using an ability, channeling or attacking will break stealth though. (you still create the distortion that the enemy team can see and are not immune to damage)

ALSO

When you use sinister strike, you gain one combo point up to 3. You need at least 1 combo points to use other abilities and using more then one empowers the ability. Every combo point increase the effectiveness/damage of eviscerate and kidney shot by 115%

Primary Abilities

1
Sinister Strike (2 seconds Cooldown)
Your next basic attack deals 35 (+11 per levels) damage to your current target and grant you a combo point.

Using this ability in stealth will increase it's damage by 100%
2
Kidney Shot (no Cooldown)
Consume all combo points and stun the ennemy for 0.5 seconds. While in stealth, this ability does not consume combo points and stuns for 1.75 seconds.
3
Eviscerate (no cooldown)
Consume all your combo points and deal 40 (+11 per levels) damage to your target.

Heroic Abilities

1
Killing Spree (100 seconds cooldown)
Step through the shadows attacking a nearby visible ennemy. Repeats 7 times (total 8) for 50 (+10 per levels) damage each time. While Killing Spree is active you are immune to stuns and roots.
2
Shadow Step (8 seconds cooldown)
Step through the shadow to appear behind your target and gain 40% movement speed for 1.5 seconds

Notes!

All of the  rogue's ability would increase his melee range just for the attack for convenience's sake.

The combo points would be stacking on the rogue and would "defuse" after something like 5-6 seconds out of combat so you wouldnt be able to open with a max combo points eviscerate. I chose only 3 combo point to make it a bit more fast paced.
An alternative would be to make it 5 combo points and add more talents that give         you Combo points when some specific things happen.

Some Talents!

At level one, kind of like Kharazim you would have to make a choice for a passive. In this case it would be poison.

LEVEL 1

Deadly Poison : Basic attacks poison the ennemy, dealing 15 (+3 per levels) damage over 5 seconds stacking up to 10 times (since the rogue would have a pretty fast attack speed you dont want it to get to max stack too fast)

Crippling Poison : Basic attacks poison the ennemy, slowing them by 20% for 1.5 seconds

Wounding Poison : Basic attacks poison the ennemy, reducing their healing taken by 35% for 1.5 seconds.

LEVEL 4

Vampiric assault : Basic attacks heal for 15% of damage done.

Recuperate : Activate to heal 25% of your max Health over 8 (35 seconds cooldown)

Blade Flurry : Using eviscerate grants you Blade Flurry for 4 seconds. While active, your basic attacks also hit up to 4 nearby ennemies for 50% of the damage.

LEVEL 7

Focused attack : Every 12 seconds, you next basic attack against a hero will deal 75% additional damage and grant a combo point. Basic attacks reduces this cooldown by 1.

Master of shadows : Using vanish gives you a buff that makes you next eviscerate/kidney shot consume no combo point and act as if you had 3 combo points when used. Last 10 seconds. (that means you could use 2 kidney shot back to back, one in stealth that doesnt consume anything and one from the buff.)

Improved Sinister Strike : Your sinister strike has a 30% chance to grant an additional combo point.

LEVEL 13

Envenom : Your Eviscerate apply all your poisons. (2 seconds of crippling and wounding and 3 stacks of deadly)

Adrenaline Rush : everytime you kill a ennemy, you gain a short burst of speed increasing your movement speed by 30% for 0.75 seconds. (triple against heroes)

Improved Vanish : while vanish is active, you take 60% reduced damage from all source.

LEVEL 16

Deadly Throw : throw a dagger at your ennemy dealing 43 (+12 per levels) damage and slowing them by 20% for 2 seconds. (modified blood for blood would deal more dmg and have more range but no leech)

LEVEL 20

Agile assassin :  Your Shadow steps now has 2 charges and can be used on allies.

Killing machine : Killing spree now deals 50% of its damage in a small area around the main target.

*** These aren't all the talents you'd get but they are the ones i could think of.***
