Elektra Natchios (WIP)

Overview:
Elektra is a Melee assassin specialising is high single target burst damage and who can quickly get a pick and get away with it, with the enemy team not knowing what just hit them.

Combat Trait

Bloodthirst
When a basic ability or attack damages an enemy , Elektra inflicts bleed damage for 5 damage/s for 3 seconds. This effect stacks up to 5 times and gets refreshed if a basic ability hits a bleeding target.

Elektra deals an extra 7% to a bleeding Hero, up to 35% if the bleeding effect stacked up to 5 times.

If Elektra gets a final blow, the bleed damage increases by 0.2 damage, up to 7 damage a second.

Primary Abilities

Puncture
Cooldown: 6 seconds
mana: 30

Elektra throws a sai that hits the first enemy hit and damages them for 120 damage and reduces their movement speed by 30% for 3 seconds.
This ability ignores all armour and deals 100% more damage to shields.

Slash dash
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Mana: 75

Elektra dashes forward in a straight line, stopping behind the first enemy hero hit, The next instant of damage deals 40% extra damage. Upon dealing damage with Slash Dash, reduce its cooldown to 3 seconds.
Elektra inflicts 2 stacks of bleed with this ability.

Stab
Cooldown: 9 seconds
Mana: 60

Elektra dashes a small distance forward, dealing 140. If the ability hits an enemy Hero, she stabs in the same area again, dealing 60 damage.

Heroic Abilities

Cut throat
Cooldown: 120 seconds
Mana: 100

Elektra cuts the throat of an enemy hero,dealing 670 damage over 10 seconds and giving them 5 bleeding stacks and lowering their armour by 15. The target also cannot get healed for 10 seconds, and the damage pierces armour.

Sai twirl
Cooldown: 9 seconds
Mana: 10

Elektra deals 180 damage around her and gives all enemies hit 3 bleeding stacks.

Lv 1

Expert assassin:
After being out of the fight for more than 5 seconds, gain 45% movement speed and the next attack or ability will give the damaged enemy an additional stack of Bleeding.

From the shadows:
In a bush, Slah dash gains 20% range and 40% damage.

On the trail:
Elektra deals an additional 25% damage to heroes under 40% Maximum health.

Lv 4

Deep wound:
If the two instances of Stab's damage hit an enemy hero, The cooldown of Stab is set to 3 seconds.

Criticcal hit:
The end of Puncture deals an additional 100% damage to shields

Easy prey:
Puncture deals 20% more damage to enemies under 50% health, and heal Elektra for 20% of the damage dealt.

lv 7

Duel:
Upon reaching 5 stacks of Bleed, Elektra heals for 20% of the damage dealt to the target.

Precision:
Puncture's wdith is reduced by 30% and its range increasd by 50%.

Rapid Recovery:
Whilst under 30% health, deal an additional 40 damage for basic attacks and heal for 100% of the extra damage dealt.

lv13

Pierce armour:
Stab's first hit lowers enemy hero armour by 15% for 3 seconds, and the second lowers armour for an additional 10% for 3 seconds.

Ambush:
Slash dash deals 40% more damage to enemies isolated from their allies.

Fanatical ***issin:
Increase spell damage by 50% for 3 seconds, However, increase mana costs by 300%

lv16

Invigorated:
Elektra deals 20% damage to isolated enemies. This bonues is increased to 40% if they have 5 stacks of bleed on them.

Ally of the Hand:
Basic attacks against enemies with 5 stacks of bleed gives back 85 mana.

In and out:
Takedowns refresh the cooldown of Slash dash and icreases the damage of its next use, within 8 seconds, by 10% up to 60%.

Lv20

Blood ritual:
Elektra heals for 100% of the damage dealt by Cut throat. This healing is permantly increased by 10% per hero killed whilst cut throat is active on them

Deep cut:
Increase sai twirl's damage by 100% and it now gives 5 stacks of bleed.

Sharpened blades.
Basic attacks increase physical damage by 5% up to 60% for 10 seconds and increase attack speed by 3% up to 30% for 10 seconds. Additional damage pierces armour.

Revived assassin:
Upon taking fatal damage, revive with 1 health and invulnerability for 5 seconds.
