Arcane Barrage's cooldown by 4 seconds and increases its mana restoration by 1.25% maximum mana per enemy hero hit.
Arcane Flux - Basic attacks deal additional
75 (+4%/lvl) magic damage and restore 0.5% of Elisande's maximum mana.

Arcane Charge increases your movement speed by 2.5%.
Chrono Shift -
Arcane Barrage slows enemies by 25% and increases your movement speed by 35% for 3 seconds.
Incanter's Flow - Mana Shield and Arcane Pulse grant you 12% increased movement speed as long as their shields persist.
LEVEL 7
Rune of Power - Cast for 0.75 seconds to place a rune of power on the ground for 8 seconds. The rune will always be placed at your current position.
It increases your spell power by 30% and your mana regeneration by 100% while you stand within its area of effect.
The rune's force field also grants Elisande 30 spell armor.
Cooldown: 35 Radius: 2.5
Focus Magic - Increases an allies' spell power by 3% and their mana regeneration by 20%.
When the target uses an ability both bonuses are increased by 2% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 10%. Casting an ability refreshes the duration.
Elisande benefits from her allies' enchantment equally. Focus Magic lasts for 60 seconds.

Evocation - Elisande channels for up to 4 seconds, restoring 7.5% maximum mana every 0.5 seconds.
The Grand Magistrix is able to move while channeling Evocation if she has
4 Arcane Charges available.

LEVEL 13
Blink - Activate to teleport to a nearby target location and leave behind an illusionary image.
Can be activated again to teleport you back to where you last blinked from, restoring 5% maximum mana. Only usable within 5 seconds of blinking.

Conjure Arcane Construct - Conjures an arcane construct to Elisande's side which can be controlled to attack nearby enemies.
It deals
80 (+4%/lvl) magic damage with basic attacks, each restoring 8 mana to the Grand Magistrix.
Constructs have 800 (+4%/lvl) health and 10% of its taken damage will be converted into mana for Elisande.
Constructs grant Elisande 20 armor as long as they are alive. Has to be channeled for 2 seconds.

Prismatic Barrier - 25% of Mana Shield's and Arcane Pulse's absorbed damage is converted into mana for Elisande.
Gain 25 spell armor for 4 seconds when Mana Shield's or Arcane Pulse's shielding effect is fully consumed.
LEVEL 16
Reverberate - Arcane Blast and Arcane Destruction unleash an explosion 1.5 seconds after their initial impact,
dealing additional
150 (+4%/lvl) to all enemies within their area of effect.
Nether Tempest - Targets hit by Arcane Missiles or Arcane Echo get marked for 5 seconds. Elisande's basic attacks consume these marks,
dealing
35 (+3/lvl) area of effect damage and slowing enemies in a small radius by 25% for 2 seconds.

Time Anomaly - Mana Shield and Arcane Pulse leave behind an arcane sphere at Elisande's position which grows in size for 1.5 seconds.
After reaching its full size it detonates and stuns nearby enemies for 1.25 seconds.

LEVEL 20
Time Walking - Increases the duration and radius of Time Warp by 50%. Time Warp now affects nearby friendly minions and non-heroic mercenaries.
Arcanetic Force Field - Arcanetic Ring causes a massive implosion when reaching the position where it has been summoned,
shielding all friendly heroes within its centre for 300% of Elisande's current mana for 5 seconds. Also makes the ring collapse 25% faster.
The shield rapidly decays over its duration.
Shields allies in the centre for 1000 health if Elisande dies before the implosion occurs.
Radius: 5.5 Decay: 10% of the initially granted shielding amount per second
Alter Time - Fatal damage instead brings Elisande to 45% maximum health and then damages her for 20% of her maximum health over 4 seconds.
While losing health for 4 seconds, movement slowing effects are suppressed and her movement speed is increased by 25%.
