ExMachinus

Mechanical God

This is a concept challenge between me and another creators listed below in credits. This concept is not based on any existing character, I tried make an original character based on Mechanical God theme.

Combat Trait

Divine Machinery
When out of combat for 4 seconds restore 5% of maximum Health.

Blessed Machines
Activate that all structures and minios will became protected for 4 seconds.

Cooldown 180 seconds.

Primary Abilities

Balistic Shot
Shot a balistic projectile in one direction and deal 160(+4%) damage first enemy hero hit and stun for 1.25 second.

Cooldown 9 seconds.
50 Mana.

Godly Metal
When activated ExMachinus will have 50 armor as long as this ability remain active.

Cooldown 4 seconds(after this ability is turned off).
15 Mana per second.

Rockets of Gods Presence
Select area (range like muradin E Dwarf Toss) and then charge into that selected area (like Blaze E Jet Propulsion) dealing 70(+4%) damage to any enemy who was in your path and throwing those enemies on a side stunning them for 0.5 second. This ability can be cast also outside range but in this case ExMachinus will take one second to fly into sky and another second to land on selected place. Using this ability outside of range will cost 50% more Mana and cooldown will be increased to 40 seconds.

Cooldown 9 seconds.
60 Mana.

Secondary Abilities

Deus Ex Machina
Lv 20 Talent: Select ruins of destroyed allied fort or keep and that fort or keep will be reconstructed. Reconstructed fort/keep last 60 seconds or until it get destroyed (again). If only 1 keep is destroyed so other are alive then reconstructing that one missing keep will make Core regain its invulnerability status while reconstructed keep will be there. In case of map Towers of Doom this ability will be able to change aliance of tower from enemy to yours but only for duration of this ability or it die again and it will be only possible on towers on your side of map.

Cooldown 180 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Armagedon Weaponry
ExMachinus will start marching forward with 70% of basic movement speed and fireing from all weapons in area in front of it (area of size and shape of Leoric Entomb) for 3 seconds. ExMaxinus can be controlled because he will march towards player mouse but his turning speed is decreased(like when Diablo turns during Lightnin Breath). Enemies who are in that area will receive 50(+4%) damage every 0.25 second and are slowed by 10% and this slow stack every second they are in this area and slow last 2.5 seconds and timer is reset by every damage instance done by this ability. Once those 3 seconds pass then after 0.75 second explosion will burst around ExMachinus (area of explosion is like Arthas E Frozen Tempest) dealing 300(+4%) damage. Reactivating this ability during its duration will make ExMachinus go backwards or reverse it back to going forward. During this ability ExMachinus can use Balistic Shot and toogle Godly Metal.

Cooldown 90 seconds.
90 Mana.

Immortality of Machine
ExMachinus will became invulnerable for 4 seconds.

Passive: Your death penalty is decreased by X seconds, where X is current level of your team in match.

Special Mount

Machine Treads
Instead having mount ExMachinus legs transform into treads.

LEVEL 1 TALENTS

(Q) Annoying Insects - Balistic Shot deal damage to any enemy minions, summons and mercenaries that it go trough.

(W) Synchronyzation - Quest: Get hit by instances of damage while Godly Metal is active.
Reward: After suffering damage 100 time while Godly Metal was active Cooldown is decreased by 1 second.
Reward: After suffering damage 200 time while Godly Metal was active Manacost is decreased by 3.

(D) God of Machines - ExMachinus receive 50% less damage from minions and structures. Health Regeneration from Divine Machinery is decreased by 1%.

LEVEL 4 TALENTS

(E) Fumes - Enemy heroes hit by Rockets of Gods Presence will be blinded for 2 seconds.

(D) Infinite Energy Source - ExMachinus Mana Regeneration is increased by 100% when Divine Machinery is active. Health Regeneration from Divine Machinery is decreased by 1%.

(Passive) Destroy Heretics - Damage against slowed, stunned or silenced enemies is increase by 30%.

LEVEL 7 TALENTS

(Q) Extra Power - Damage on Balistic Shot is Doubled.

(W) Perpetum Mobile - When Godly Metal is active and ExMachinus get stunned then it immediately became unstoppable for 1.5 second. This effect happend once every 40 seconds.

(E) Spare Energy - When you land on new location while using Rockets of Gods Presence outside normal casting range, within 3 seconds you can recast this ability but only within normal casting range.

LEVEL 13 TALENTS

(W) Divine Bateries - When Godly Metal is turned off, 50% of damage that got reduced by Godly Metal will return as shield that last 4 seconds. Amount of shield cannot go higher than 25% of ExMachinus maximum Health.

(E) Extra Fuel - Increase basic cast range by 40%.

(D) Divine Intervention - While Blessed Machines is active structures cannot be shutdown and minions cannot be stunned. 50% damage blocked by Blessed Machines on structures will heal affected structures. Health Regeneration from Divine Machinery is decreased by 1%.

LEVEL 16 TALENTS

(Q) Piercing Projectile - Decrease Armor by 30 for 3 seconds to enemy hero hit.

(W) Presence of God - When Godly Metal is active Heroes and Summons that attack your Hero have their Attack Speed slowed by 35% for 2.5 seconds.

(D) Gears of God - When Divine Machinery is active cooldowns recharge 50% faster and when Blessed Machines is active cooldown rechagre 100% faster. Health Regeneration from Divine Machinery is decreased by 1%.

LEVEL 20 TALENTS

(R) Total Annihilation - There is no longer movement speed penalty, ExMachinus heal himself for 100% of damage he will deal with total annyhilation and slow it does on enemies is increased from 10% to 30%.

(R) I Am Still Alive - 25% of damage blocked by Immortality of Machine will return as heal. When ExMachinus die on spot of its death small robot will apear, This robot is invulnerable to any damage but it can be stunned or slowed. This small is controlled by player and have no abilities and cannot attack but player can move and try contest objectives. If small robot will be attacked during contesting objective it will be stunned for one second. Once death timer reach 0, ExMachinus respawn on place of small robot.

(Active) Deus Ex Machina - Select ruins of destroyed allied fort or keep and that fort or keep will be reconstructed. Reconstructed fort/keep last 60 seconds or until it get destroyed (again). If only 1 keep is destroyed so other are alive then reconstructing that one missing keep will make Core regain its invulnerability status while reconstructed keep will be there. (Passive) Wrath of God - Deal damage to nearby enemies. Damag starts at 25(+4%) per seconds and is increased by 5 every second that enemy stay in the aura damaging effect, once that enemy leave damageing aura damage will be reset. 50% done by Wrath of God will return as heal.
