Naga Siren

Faina is a ranged caster assassin. She uses both powerful skill shots and fast auto-attacks.
Attack Range: 5.5 (ranged)
Attack Damage: 60 (+4% per level)
Attack Speed: 1.3 (+4% per level)

Health: 1450 (+4% per level)
Health Regeneration: 0.8 per second (+4% per level)

Mana: 700 (+4% per level)
Mana Regeneration: 1.3 per second (+4% per level)

Combat Trait

Tidal Threat
While Faina has more than 50% of her maximum mana she gains 30 (+4% per level) attack damage and 40% bonus attack speed.

Primary Abilities

Tidal Shot
Mana: 35
Cooldown: 8 seconds

Shoots enchanted arrow in the targeted direction, arrow flies for 6 meters and has 0.25 meters width. Deals 140 (+4% per level) damage to the first enemy hit, and if it hits an enemy hero cooldown of this ability is reduced to 2 seconds and Faina gains 30% bonus attack speed for 3 seconds.

Cooldown: 15 seconds

Gives Faina and all allied heroes in 5 meters range 30% bonus attack damage and bonus 5 mana per second for 10 seconds. Faina gains 10% bonus spell damage for each allied hero affected.

Cooldown: 30 seconds

Faina enchants targeted friendly healing fountain, giving it restoration aura for 25 seconds. This aura heals 1% of maximum health per second and 0.5% of maximum mana to allied heroes in 4 meters range. Enchanting healing fountain counts as using it.

Heroic Abilities

Elusion
Mana: 120
Cooldown: 40 seconds

Grants Faina "Elusion" effect for 6 seconds. While under this effect she evades all physical attacks and her abilities do not cost any mana. The duration is prolonged by 1 second every time "Tidal Shot" hits an enemy hero, while Naga Siren is under "Elusion".

Passive: If Faina receives damage while she's under 35% of maximum health, she converts 50% of her current mana into health. This effect has 10 seconds cooldown.

Hydra Poison
Mana: 80
Cooldown: 20 seconds

Activate to enchant your next "Tidal Shot" with potent hydra poison, causing it to pierce enemy minion instantly killing them. "Hydra Poison" lasts until you cast "Tidal Shot". Upon hitting an enemy hero "Tidal Shot" deals 100% bonus damage and 200% of its damage over 3 seconds and slows the enemy by 90% fading over 2 seconds.

Quest:
Hit enemy heroes with "Tidal Shot", to increase its damage by 2, up to 100 bonus damage.

Reward:
After hitting 25 enemy heroes with "Tidal Shot", increase its range by 50%.

Reward:
After hitting 50 enemy heroes with "Tidal Shot", increase its range by additional 50%.

2) Curse of Siren (D): Bonus damage from "Tidal Threat" is now dealt over 3 seconds and is stackable. The target is also slowed by 8% for 3 seconds, and the slow stacks up to 5 times, reaching 40% slow.

3) Calming Flow (W): Increase mana regeneration bonus by 1 per second and bonus spell damage by 3% per allied hero affected.

Level 4 Talents:

1) Cleansing Flow (W): Casting "Aquatic Flow" removes slow effects from the affected targets. May dispel only 40% or less slow.

2) Fountain System (E): "Enchant" may be casted on destroyed healing fountains, enemy and ally, but Faina must be in its range for it to work.

3) Fusion (E): Faina receives 50% bonus healing from healing aura and is now always affected by healing aura, even if she's out of its range.

Level 7 Talents:

Pick up regeneration globes to increase your health regeneration by 1, up to 20.

Reward:
Upon collecting 20 regeneration globes cause "Aquatic Flow" to heal you for 800 (+4% per level) health over its duration.

2) Tidal Huntress (D): While under "Tidal Threat" effect Faina's attack range is increased by 2, but if not the range is reduced by 2 meters and she loses 30 armor.

3) Cryostasis (D): While under 30% maximum health increases healing received by 200%, but reduces movement and attack speed by 40%.

Level 13 Talents:

1) Deadly Shot (Q): "Tidal Shot" deals bonus damage equal to 4% of target's maximum health, if it hits an enemy hero.

2) Water Splash (W): Increase "Aquatic Flow" range by 1 and causes it to blind enemies hit for 2.5 seconds.

3) Coral Fountain (E): "Enchant" now turns healing fountain into coral fountain. Coral Fountain always emits healing aura, but only for 50% of the original amount, same goes for active healing effect, and it has separate healing cooldown from other coral fountains. Increases "Enchant" cooldown by 90 seconds and you can have maximum of 2 coral fountains at the same time.

Level 16 Talents:

1) Accuracy (Q): Increase damage dealt by 50% and projectile's speed by 75% , but reduce its width by 50%.

2) Slippery Scales (Passive): While stunned, Faina evades all melee attacks.

3) Tidal Witch (D): While under "Tidal Threat" effect increase your spell power by 10%. Every time you hit an enemy hero with "Tidal Shot" increase bonus spell power by additional 5% stacking up to maximum bonus of 50%. Additional spell power lasts 5 seconds and the duration resets with every new stack.

Level 20 Talents:

1) Greatest Elusion (R1): "Elusion" is now passive and is active as long as Faina has "Tidal Threat" effect, but abilities now cost 50% more mana instead of no costing it. After losing the effect, "Elusion" is set on 120 seconds cooldown and Faina's mana regeneration is removed until then.

2) Hydra Shot (R2): Enchanted "Tidal Shot" now splits into 3 additional arrows if it hits an enemy hero, those arrows are also affected by this effect. Can maximum split up to 3 times.

3) Raging Tides (W): Affected units gain additional 40% attack speed and 20% movement speed and cannot be slowed. Increases the cooldown by 6 seconds.

4) Tricky Shot (Q): Instead of reducing cooldown, another talented "Tidal Shot" would be casted in the same direction. Maximum is 5 shots in a row.

11.03.17 - Concept Published (WIP).

12.03.17 - Level 1 Maximum mana reduced from 1000 to 700, "Tidal Shot" mana cast increased from 25 to 35 and its width reduced from 0.5 to 0.25 meters, "Hydra Poison" cooldown reduced from 70 to 20 seconds and it affects only next cast of "Tidal Shot".

Later this day - Added Level 1 Talents.
