Ahh I see! Well, you sure did poor job explaining what form has what abilities and so on. And what you meant by 'humanoid' form.

But now that I know that it sounds a lot better. I would still make it so that you choose either the cat or bear form trait at the beginning of the game as your first talent choice. I think it's a bit too much if a hero can be both a tank or a high damage dps when needed during one match. Or at least I assume the bear form is supposed to be like a tanky Warrior and cat form a melee Assassin.

Rip and Rake are Cat Form
Mangle and Skull Bash are Bear Form.
The E ability for both forms is switching between Shapeshifts.
Incarnation puts you in a humanoid form, not a human form. The inspiration was the Feral Druid ability Claws of Shirvallah. http://i.imgur.com/6JEfV0e.png

Incarnation is actually potentially TOO powerful, as you gain all abilities, modifications of those abilities, and traits that benefit either form for the duration. Look through the talents and note how many things would affect either form. Incarnation gives you all of those should you choose them.

Edited concept to clarify functions.

How about making the animal form traits as his lvl 1 talent choice? Just like how the upcoming Diablo III monk will pick his mantra talent at the start of the game as his first talent choice and that determines his role in the match.

Is Rip the bear form's ability and Rake the cat form's or visa versa? Just wondering why there's four Basic Abilities instead of three. Also the second heroic, Incarnation, sounds just outright silly. I mean, really? He can use all of the Basic Abilities in his HUMANOID FORM? Tearing and ripping his enemies apart with his bare elven hands instead in his animal form with deadlier claws and fangs? That's just dumb. Plus I don't think there's much point to be able to use the abilities of both forms for ten seconds if it gives you only one more basic ability Rip/Rake.
