Felhounds are ugly, red, spined creatures from the depths of the Twisting Nether. They are used by the pit lords to sniff out sources of magic wherever they be found. Felhounds, who feed upon magic itself, are fond of draining the energies of hapless wizards and then ripping their bodies to shreds. They serve as the forerunners of the Burning Legion.
Felzan is an agile Melee Assassin who easily deals with enemies that rely on casting abilities.

Cooldown: 6 seconds
When a nearby visible enemy casts a Basic Ability, Enrage for the next 3 seconds, moving 30% faster while running towards the target and healing for 30 every second. The duration of Enrage can be extended for a total of 12 seconds.

The duration increases additively, but cannot surpass the limit.
Radius refers to both the trigger range and the maximum range over which the Movement Speed bonus can be active.

Cause an enemy Hero to burn for 4 seconds, dealing 40 damage every 0.25 seconds. While they burn, their Basic Abilities cost twice as much Mana, but casting them decreases the periodic damage by 25% per cast, down to 10 damage per tick.
Targets without Mana decrease the periodic damage by 10% per cast instead.

Damage decreases from the initial value. Casting 3 Basic Abilities always leads to minimum damage.

Mana: 80 Cooldown: 100 seconds
Cast for 1 second to disappear from the map for up to 10 seconds. Recast to appear at the target area after 1 second, dealing 240 damage to nearby enemies and Slowing them by 40% for 2 seconds. Nether Blink recasts automatically at the initial position after 10 seconds.

Interrupting the cast puts Nether Blink on full cooldown.
Cooldown starts once Nether Blink is recast or interrupted.

Legion Curse (R2)
Mana: 30 Cooldown: 30 seconds
Curse an enemy Hero for 3 seconds. Their resources cannot be restored in any way. If they use no resources, their Health cannot be restored instead.

Legion Curse affects the gain and regeneration of things like Mana, Energy, Fury, Brew, Scrap, and even Ammo.

Easy Prey
Bite deals 100% more damage to Minions, Mercenaries, and Monsters.
Burn Out ❢Quest: Force enemies to spend 2000 additional Mana. ❢Reward: Mana Burn lasts for an additional 2 seconds.
On the Hunt
Hunt for Magic reveals targets for 3 seconds.
While Enraged, gain 30 Spell Armor.
LEVEL 4
Weak Spot
Hitting an already Slowed enemy with Bite heals for 60 and refunds its Mana cost.
Mana Drain
Each time the burning target casts a Basic Ability, restore 20 Mana.
Hound Wrath
While Enraged, gain 25% Attack Speed, increased by an additional 5% each time Enrage is extended.
LEVEL 7
Hunger
While Enraged or below 50% Health, Basic Attacks reduce the cooldown of Bite by 0.75 seconds.
Furious Roar
While Enraged or above 50% Health, Roar deals 100% more damage.
Burning Flesh
Burning targets receive 40% less healing.
LEVEL 13
Mind Burn
Burning Heroes have their Spell Power reduced by 25%.
This effect is increased by an additional 5% each time they cast a Basic Ability, up to 40%.
Bane of Wizards
Heroes hit by Basic Attacks have their Basic Abilities refresh 50% slower for 2 seconds.
While Enraged, this effect is increased to 100%.
Hunt for Archmagic Enrage can be activated and extended by Heroic Abilities, increasing its healing to 90 Health per second.
LEVEL 16
Savage
Hound Bite deals bonus damage to Heroes equal to 25% of their maximum Mana.
If they don't use Mana, deal bonus damage equal to 4% of their maximum Health instead.
Deafening Scream
Roar Stuns enemies very close to you for 0.5 seconds.
While Enraged, the duration and radius of Stun are increased by 50%.
Radius: 1.5
Relentless Pursuit Enrage grants an additional 10% Movement Speed and prevents your Movement Speed from being decreased below 110%.
LEVEL 20
Nether Horror
Nether Blink causes enemies hit to run in Fear instead of Slowing them.
Spreading Curse
If the cursed target dies, Legion Curse spreads to nearby enemy Heroes.

Burn to Ashes
Mana Burn damages Heroes for an additional 0.5% of their maximum Health every 0.25 seconds.
If the target dies while burning, reset the cooldown of Mana Burn.
Neverending Hunt
While Enraged, Basic Abilities refresh 50% faster and takedowns reset the cooldown of Hunt for Magic.
