Fenix gains 5 armor for every ally within visual range, 10 armor for every ally within his basic attack range, and 15 armor for every ally within melee range. Armor lasts for up to four seconds after they leave range.

Does light damage and stuns all nearby enemies for 0.5 seconds. 12 second cooldown.

Target a distant enemy hero to deal light damage and silence them for 1 second. Can not be used at close range. 8 second cooldown.

Shield Battery
Fenix constantly generates shields equal to 1% of his max health every 3 seconds. Can be activated to consume all shields and reset all cooldowns by 1 second per 50 shielded hit points.
Talent Concepts
Base Case: Trait can be activated to give up to 10% of Fenix's armor to all allies who contributed to it.
Level 20:
Piercing Laser - Damages all enemies on the way to its target and damage is increased by 20% each time it passes through a hero.
Trickle Charge - Shields regenerate up to five times faster the longer fenix goes without being attacked.
