Fenix

The Praetor

Fenix was a protoss zealot, and praetor of the Protoss Defense Forces. He personally led his fellow warriors into battle against those who called themselves the enemies of the Protoss Empire. Revered by his warrior-brethren, he was dubbed the Steward of the Templar, and is one of the most celebrated heroes in protoss history.

Fenix is a melee fighter. Its main feature - a huge supply of shields, which act differently from other heroes. Shields of the Fenix represent the second scale of health. They hold back the damage, but they are not saved from the abilities that steal life.

Combat Trait

Plasma Shields
Fenix has shields the size of 60 percent of his maximum health.

Task: Restrain 10000 damage to shields.

Reward: Strength of shields will increase to 75 percent of your maximum health.

Primary Abilities

Charge
When the ability is activated, the movement speed of the Fenix is increased by 30 percent, and the attack speed by 15 for 5 seconds.

Cost: 30 mana.
Cooldown: 12 seconds.

Restoring shield
When the ability is activated, Fenix recovers 50 percent of the existing shield stock.

Cost: 40 mana.
Cooldown: 10 seconds.

Stasis
When activated, Fenix enters stasis, restoring 25 percent of the missing health and 25 percent of missing shields within 10 seconds. The crystal into which Fenix is placed has a health reserve of 40 percent of Fenix's maximum health reserve and can be destroyed. When the crystal is destroyed, the restoration effect disappears and Fenix emerges from stasis.

Cost: 60 mana.
Cooldown: 20 seconds.

Explosive Plasma
Dragoon shoots an energy ball at the selected point, causing 400 damage to the area.
Active only in dragoon mode.
Cost: 20 mana
Cooldown: 5 seconds

Templar Shields
When activated, he recovers the dragoon 60 percent of the maximum shield stack.
Active only in dragoon mode.
Cost: 50 mana
Cooldown: 15 seconds

Heroic Abilities

Will of the Templar
When this ability is activated, Fenix teleports to the base after receiving deadly damage. Lasts for 3 seconds.

Cost: 70 mana.
Cooldown: 65 seconds.

Dragoon
Passive: Upon receiving a deadly damage, Fenix, after a pause of 2.5 seconds, becomes a dragoon with a health and shield reserve of 75 percent of maximum health and Fenix shields. The dragoon has a long range of autoattacks and can not use abilities. The revival timer is still going on, and at the end of it the Fenix returns to its original form. When the dragoon dies, Fenix dies.

Talents:

Level 1.



1.Battery shields
Active: Places a battery of shields in the indicated location, restoring 10 shields per second to the Fenix. The action time is 15 seconds.
Cooldown: 40 seconds.

2.Quick throw
Increases the increase in speed from Charge autoattack to 25 percent.

3.Marathon
Increases Charge's duration to 8 seconds.


Level 4



1.Extreme measure
At destruction of shields, gives 15 armor for 5 seconds.
Cooldown: 20 second.

2.More shields
Increases shields from Restoring Shields to 75 percent.

3.Shields to all
When used, Restoring Shields gives allies 25 percent of the existing shield stock.


Level 7



1.Eternal Stasis
Increases the Stasis time to 15 seconds, and the health of the crystal - up to 50 percent of maximum health.

2.The Expendables
When the crystal is destroyed, Stazis gives an uncontrollability for 2 seconds.

3.Runner
When using Charge, it gives an uncontrollability for 3 seconds.

4.Survivor
When used, Restoring Shields restores 15 percent of your maximum health.


Level 10



1.Will of the Templar
Heroic:When this ability is activated, Fenix is teleported to the base for 3 seconds upon receiving a lethal damage.
Cost: 70 mana.
Cooldown: 65 seconds.

2.Dragoon
Heroic: Passive: Upon receiving a deadly damage, Fenix, after a pause of 2.5 seconds, becomes a dragoon with a health and shield reserve of 75 percent of maximum health and Fenix shields. The dragoon has a long range of autoattacks and can not use abilities. The revival timer is still going on, and at the end of it the Fenix returns to its original form. When the dragoon dies, Fenix dies.


Level 13



1.Burn
Passive: Deals nearby enemies for 13 damage per second. Auto attacks on enemy heroes increase this damage by 20% for 3 sec. The effect is stacked up to 3 times.

2.Be ready
Passive: Stun gives 15 armor for 5 seconds.

3.Explode
When the crystal is destroyed, Stazis deals 160 damage to nearby enemies and repels them.

4.The Templar's Desire
Active: When used, slows the target's selected hero by 50 percent for 3 seconds.
Cooldown: 45 seconds.


Level 16



1.Team runners
Charge increases the speed of nearby allies by 15 percent.

2.We are faster
Charge slows down nearby enemy heroes by 15 percent.

3.Psionic impulse
Active: When used, slows all enemy heroes within a range of 25 percent for 4 seconds.
Cooldown: 30 seconds.

4.More armor
Passive: gives 25 armor while shields are active.


Level 20



1.Wishes come true
Heroic:Increases the duration to 5 seconds.When teleporting to the base, Fenix instantly restores 50 percent of its maximum health and shields.
Cost: 70 mana.
Cooldown: 65 seconds.

2.Not a dragoon but a dragon
Heroic:Passive: In the dragoon mode, Fenix can use the abilities of the Explosive Plasma and the Templar Shields.

3.BIG Shield
Task: Restore 6000 shields with Recovering Shield.
Reward: Recovering Shield's recovery time will decrease to 5 seconds, and cost up to 20 mana.

4.Faster fast
Reduces the recovery time of Charge to 5 seconds.
