Purifier Executor

Fenix was a protoss zealot, and praetor of the Protoss Defense Forces. He personally led his fellow warriors into battle against those who called themselves the enemies of the Protoss Empire. Revered by his warrior-brethren, he was dubbed the Steward of the Templar, and is one of the most celebrated heroes in protoss history.
Fenix is a Powerful multi-class who can achieve very flexible playstyles.

Health: 500 + 1500-2000 shield.(lv1)
Basic attack damage:38 a second.

Combat Trait

Purifier Suits
Unlike many heroes, Fenix has 3 suits which he can use. Only one can be active at a time, and can be deployed anywhere where there is vision. In addition, all suits have a base health of 500, which does not increase with level, and variable shield amount. An active suit cannot regenerate shields. Suits have a 60 second cooldown. All suits start on a 120 second cooldown at the begining of the game, apart from the Praetor Armor.
All Suits have 100 energy, Which regenerates at a rate of 1 per second. Inactive suits regenerate all energy instantly.

Praetor Armor
Fenix deploys the Praetor armor anywhere on the field. He has 2000 shields in the form and 30 physical armor as long as he has his shields up. In the form he is a melee bruiser.

Solarite Dragoon
Fenix deploys his Solarite Dragoon Armor anywhere on the field. He has 1500 shields in this form. He deals 10% more damage to minions, 20% more damage to neutral Mercenaries. In addition, he has 35 armor against Non-heroic enemies and is not affected by the slow of any keeps. In the form, he is a ranged assassin.

Cybros Arbiter
At Level 4 Fenix will be able to deploy the Cybros Arbiter anywhere on the field. In this form he has 1650 shields. His Hearthstone is changed to Mass Recall: he channels Hearthstone and after 2.5 seconds he and any ally underneath him is teleported back to the Hall of Storms. Fenix gains the unstoppable effect whilst channeling any ability. In this form Fenix is a ranged support.

Praetor Armor Abilities
Q: Thunderous charge;

Energy: 10
Fenix charges in a straight line and deals 100 damage to all enemies caught in the charge. The first enemy hero hit is stunned for 1.25 seconds.


W: Whirlwind;
Cooldown:8
Energy: 10
Fenix spins his arms around 3 times and stuns any enemy caught in the spin for 0.35 seconds.

E: Shield Capacitor;
Cooldown: 45
Energy: 0
Fenix becomes invulnerable for 1.25 seconds and regenerates all of his shields after 0.25 seconds. The channel cannot be interrupted. This passively happens when Fenix's shiels are destroyed.

Solarite Dragoon Abilities
Q: Solar cannon;
Cooldown: 10
Energy:15
Fenix sends forth a beam which penetrates all enemies in its path, dealing 100 damage. It also lowers the armor of minions by 2% up to 10%.

W: Solarite flare;
Cooldown 10
Energy: 20
Fenix sends a pulse of energy stunning all minions, mercenaries and structures for 0.75 seconds. It deals 100 damage to enemy minions and structures.


E: Arsenal Overcharge;
Cooldown: 10
Energy: 0
Reduces all cooldowns to 0 for 2 seconds and remove all energy costs. During this time Fenix cannot switch suits.

Cybrose Arbiter Abilities
Q: Stasis Field;
Cooldown: 18
Energy: 20
Fenix places a stealthed stasis ward which explodes after 1 second and places all players, in the area, apart from Fenix, in to stasis for 1 second. The stasis ward can be destroyed with 1 basic attack.

W: Photonic recharge;
Cooldown: 18
Energy: 20
Fenix makes all allies under him gain 65 armour for 1.5 seconds. Upon expiration, allies gain shields equivalent to 30% of the damage prevented by Photonic recharge for 3 seconds.


E: Observation Protocol;
Cooldown: 30
Energy: 30
Fenix reveals the whole map for 3 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Purification conclave
Cooldown: 240

Fenix changes the core into a purifier conclave. All structures gains the protected status whilst the conclave is active. Lasts 10 seconds. The core gains 1000 shields and immunity to spell damage.

Disruptor
Cooldown: 180
Fenix summons a disruptor at his current location. The disruptor his 2500 health(at lv10) and can attack enemy heroes for 500 damage. Can only attack once every 5 seconds. Lasts 10 seconds. If the disruptor kills an enemy hero, the duration is increased by 2 seconds

Level 1

Variable Deployment:
Upon landing a suit, Fenix deals 200 damage and becomes unstoppable for 4.5 seconds.

Solarite explosion:
When deploying Solarite Dragoon, Fenix gains 100% spell power for 5 seconds but cannot damage enemy heroes for that time.

Ranged Flare:
Solar Flare gains 100% cast range but can no longer damage enemy heroes.

level 4

Stunner[!]:
Quest; Stun enemy heroes for a total of 30 seconds with the Preator Armor.
Reward; All stun durations are increased by 70 %

Burner[!]:
Quest: hit 100 enemies with Solar canon and Solar flare.
Reward: All Damage dealt by the Solarite Dragoon is increased by 25%

Power Overwhelming[!]:
Quest: Put enemies in Stasis with Stasis Field for 20 seconds.
Reward: Stasis Ward's explosion is instant and allies are put in stasis for 0.5 seconds.

Level 7

Capacitor:
Shield Capacitor no longer makes Fenix invulnerable. Fenix gains 60 physical armor for 6 seconds after the cast.

Arsenal Overclock:
Double the duration and the cooldown of Arsenal Overcharge.

Cybros Sentinel:
New trait: Activate to increase basic attack damage and attack speed by 100% for 2.5 second. Can only be active on Cybros arbiter.
40s cooldown
[passive]
The Cybros Arbiter's basic attacks slow enemy movement by 10% and reduce armour by 5 for 4 seconds, which stacks to 12.

level 13

Hurricaine:
Whirlwind also deals 45 damage per spin(lv1)

Solarite pulse:
Solarite flare's stun duration is increased by 150% and structures can only hit minions for 4 seconds after the stun expires.

Photonic Overclock:
Allies gain an additional shield equivalent to 15% of the damage dealt whilst photonic recharge is active. The shield lasts 7 seconds.

level 16

Eye of the purifiers:
The revealing time of Observation Protocol is increased by 1 second. Enemy heroes revealed this way get their damaged reduced to 0% for 5 seconds

Overcharged:
During Arsenal Overcharge Fenix becomes Unstoppable and gains 35 armour.

Lightning Charge:
Fenix becomes invulerable during his thunderous charge and the damage and stun duration is increased by 25%.

Level 20

Purifier explosion:
The Core accumulates 100% of the spell damage dealt to its shields. Upon expiration or the shields being all destroyed, The core explodes dealing 60% of the accumulated damage and gaining a shield equivalent to 50% of the damage dealt to heroes.

Fenix Shields:
[Passive] Whilst fenix has shields, accumulate 10% of true damage dealt to Fenix. Upon The shields being destroyed, gain a shield equivalent to 100% of the damage accumulated and remove all negative effects placed on Fenix(120 second cooldown). Whilst Fenix has shields, deals an additional 20% of the missing shields as basic attack damage.

Taldarin:
Fenix summons Taldarin instead of a disruptor. Taldarin has 200% health than the disruptor and deals 100% more damage to minions and mercenaries than the distuptor. Basic attacks take 0.25 seconds to land and, if it hits an enemy, nearby enemies get dragged towards the target enemy. Lasts 22 seconds.

Operational Efficiency:
[passive]All Cooldowns, ability durations and ability ranges are halved. Regneration of inactive suits is increased by 40%.

-Hallucination[Trait]: Removed.
-Stasis Field, added detail: After 1 second the stasis ward puts all players, except Fenix, who are in the area in stasis.
-Purifier Conclave, added utility: Now gives every structure the Protected status.

Clolarion also can fire a beam at a structure which starts off at 30 damage a second and increases by 50% every 0.5 seconds, up to 135 damage. Clolarion has 25 armour against enemies which aren't heroes.
-Taldarin(level 20): decrease time from 30 to 22 seconds.
-Avenging Protocol(level 20): fixed typo.
-Avenging Protocol(level 20), added detail: gains 25% attack damage for every destroyed suit.
-Notes on 20.03.18 changes: Fenix had some overpowered stats, which were given a more difficult-to-adapt function. Clolarion was changed because he did nothing but dominate a lane and stay there until the enemy notice it and kill it after 4 minutes. These changes were necessary for Fenix to fit into HoTS.
