Feugen can only be played with Stalagg in his team. When closed to Stalagg, a magnetic link will cast between both. Increase speed of both by 20% and empower specific abilitys. Feugen and Stalagg cant use mounts.

Voltage Shot
Fire a electron in the targeted direction. When hit an enemy, generate a lightning from Feugen, which deal 164 damage to the target and heal Feugen for 82 health. When Magnetic Link is active, also shoot a second electric missile from Stalaggs position to the same location, which can heal Stalagg.

Lightning Missile
After a short delay, deal 240 damage to all enemy units in a small area. Also has increased damage by 50% and range, when the target is closed to Stalaggs position.

Can only cast, when MAGNETIC LINK is active. Deal 240 damage to all enemys between Feugen and Stalagg. Use Feugens and Stalaggs mana.

MAGNETIC CLEANSE
Activate to make Stalagg unstoppable for 1 second. After used, Feugend give this ability to Stalagg. When Stalagg activate the ability, making Feugen unstoppable for 1 second. After used, Stalagg give this ability back to Feugen.

Back to the future
Reset the cooldowns of all primary abilitys. Also reset the cooldowns of Stalagg´s primary abilitys, when MAGNETIC LINK is active.

Activate to send Stalagg back to live with 50% of his full health and mana. Can only used, when Stalagg is dead and his ghost is in range of MAGNETIC LINK. Need to wait 5 seconds after Stalaggs death before cast.

Call till 3 lightnings to all enemy units closed to Feugens and Stalaggs position. Each Lightning deal 180 damage. Last 3 seconds.

Destroying Blast
Shoot a slow voltorb to the next hero by Feugen´s current position and deal 600 damage when hit. The movement of the orb changes, when a different hero come closer to it. While the orb is flying, increase the speed of it by 100%, when Stalagg is closed to it. The orb exspire after 15 seconds when not hit.
I need to confess, i have not really the time at the moment for create my ideas into the world editor. The concept and the heroesfiresite are nearly finished, but i want to synchron the release with the ability-overview-video. Also i have problems to programming a specific code and thats really frustrate me. :-(
But nice to see, someone has an eye on that. This motivates!
I think i rework Feugens abilitys. Make his E to the second Ultimate(remove Destroying blast) and switch its range to global. Also give him and Stalagg a new E(The classic Magnetic Pull). Need magnetic Link. Each of him need to target an enemy hero and need to stay close to him, till his partner target a other enemy hero too. When its done, after 0,5 seconds both enemys switch their position. I think its make more fun and is easier to programming then my old idea for Stalagg; throw one enemy hero into Feugens direction.

(W)Power Surge: Increase Stallaggs attackrate by 40% and deal 78 damage per second to all enemys around him. When hit Feugen, increase also his attackspeed by 40% till he leave the range. Last 5 seconds.

(E)Magnetic Pull: Target an closed enemy hero. Stay close to him, till Feugen use his Magnetic Pull against a different hero. When both Magnetic Pulls are active, after a 0,5 seconds delay both positions of the targets are switched and stun them for 0,5 seconds. Need magnetic link to work.
Manacosts: 40 Cooldown: 16 seconds
(R1)Electric Chain: Deal 210 damage to the target enemy hero. The electric chain jumps to Feugen, when closed to the target, heals him for 53 health and automaticaly recast the effect. The electric chain switch as long the target is in range of both wrights.
Manacosts: 70 Cooldown: 80 seconds
(R2)Heartstopper: Enload energys to the target enemy hero. Slow it by 25%. Last 4 seconds. Each autoattack of Feugen and Stalagg within this time stuns the target for 0,2 seconds after the sloweffect ends.
Manacosts: 80 Cooldown: 80 seconds
