Flandre Scarlet

Sister of the scarlet devil

The younger sister of Remilia Scarlet. She is not allowed to go outside of her sister's mansion due to how unstable she is, although she might be allowed under supervision in exceptional cases. Cares deeply for her sister to the point of accepting being imprisoned in a basement. Her main defining ability allows her to potentially kill anything on sight and is the main reason why most of her "toys" end up breaking.

Flandre can act both as a poke and finisher type of character. She is very frail but don't underestimate her huge damage.

Combat Trait

Core Withdrawal
Flandre's armor is fixated to -25. Doing any kind of damage on someone whose HP is lower than 5% instantly kills them.

Quest: Deal the finishing blow with Flandre on enemy heroes. Every enemy hero increases this threshold by 1%.
Reward: After killing 7 enemy heroes in this manner, increase the threshold an extra 3% and removes her negative armor. Maximum quest stacks of 7.

Visually speaking, Flandre has 7 small cristals hanging onto her wings, would be nice if each crystal would light up with every kill.

Primary Abilities

Starbow Break
Mana cost: 10 (per second)
Cooldown: 12 seconds

Activate to channel the creation of small orbs behind you which are launched in quick succesion in a straight line, creating one every 0.5 seconds for up to 5 seconds. Each of these orbs do 80 (+4%) damage on enemies and also take 0.7% of your HP each created orb. You can move at 50% speed and slowly change your direction as if it was diablo's lightning breath ult. Vampire agility
Charges: 3
Mana cost: 15
Cooldown per charge: 4 seconds

Channel for 2 seconds (you can move while this channel is being executed) to impulse yourself in a straight line, dealing 120 (+4%) damage on every enemy caught in the ability. If the ability's cast is started when you are touching a wall or you touch a wall midcast you will not have to channel it (or the rest of the channel won't be needed) and impulse yourself inmediately instead. Killing an enemy hero with this ability refunds 1 charge of vampire agility. Range of 6

Forbidden fruit

Cooldown: 16

Choose an enemy, they will pulse after 1.5 seconds, slowing any enemies around them by 60% for 2 seconds and doing 240(+4%) damage. The pulsing enemy is not affected. Range of 3

Heroic Abilities

Burning Laevateinn
Mana cost: 60
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Activate to hit the ground in front of you, doing 25 (+4%) damage and stunning enemies for 0.5 seconds, then the ground starts exploding from your position towards the maximum range of this attack for a total of 10 explosions, 1 each 0.1 seconds; explosions deal 400 (+4%) damage. Range of 10

Passive: Normal attacks that happen in melee range now deal 30% extra damage and create explosions that affect anyone close to the original target, dealing 50% of the total damage.

Clock that ticks away the past
Mana cost: 100
Cooldown: 100 seconds

Create a spinning laser that deals 60 (+4%) damage per tick on enemies that touch it. Ticks occur every 0.2 seconds. Treat it as the arcane punisher laser traps but there's 2 lasers instead; one laser starts at 12 o clock and the other one at 6; both move at the same speed. Lasers last 6 seconds and take 3 seconds to complete a full lap. They are about 50% bigger than the arcane punisher lasers. Range of 5

Talents

Level 1

(W) Blood boiling

- Vampire agility's damage now leaves a burn on enemies that deals 60(+4%) damage over 3 seconds. This effect can trigger Core withdrawal.

(Passive/Quest) Globe juice

- Quest: Collect regeneration globes to obtain lifesteal on your basic abilities. Each regeneration globe grants you 0.5% lifesteal.
Reward: After collecting 30 globes, dealing the finishing blow on any enemies grant you 40(+4%) HP. Enemy heroes grant you 5 times that HP.

(Passive) Of rainbow colours!

- Hitting an enemy with a ranged basic attack grants you a rainbow stack but an attack on melee range grants you 3. After accumulating 7 stacks, your next basic attack will silence the target for 2 seconds.

Level 4

(Q) Tricolours

- Whenever you use Starbow break and hit an enemy hero with 3 attacks of Starbow break will make the target take an extra 25% damage from that same starbow break for the rest of the channel.

(E) Passion fruit

- The target of Forbidden fruit is also afflicted by the 60% slow for 25% of its duration after the ability procs as well as 25% of the original damage. Increases this duration and damage an extra 25% per enemy hero hit by the explosion. This extra damage will only proc Core Withdrawal if at least 1 other enemy hero is hit with the ability.

(D) Headless toys

- Participating in a kill puts you into an enraged state. For 3 seconds after the kill, your cooldowns go 50% faster and you deal 25% more damage with all your attacks. This effect can stack 2 times, any further procs of the talent refresh its duration

Level 7

(Q) Rainbow Illusion

- Once per Starbow break cast you can teleport a small distance by reactivating the ability; this does not interrupt the ability.

(W) Killer intent

- Enemies hit by vampire agility are left with a Killer intent stack. Landing a basic attack on them will slow them for 35% for 2 seconds. This slow is increased to 50% if the attack is done in melee range.

(E) Miracle fruit

- If any allies including yourself basic attack the target of forbidden fruit before it goes off, they are healed for 140(+4%) HP and move 25% faster for 4 seconds. Can only happen once per allied hero

Level 13

(Q) Cranberry trap

- Starbow break slows enemies by 10% for 1 second. This effect stacks up to 5 times.

(W) Kagome Kagome!

- Using vampire agility leaves a trail behind for 4 seconds. The trail does nothing but instead will activate when using 3 or more trails if you create a closed area (such as a triangle or a square). Enemies caught in the area will be rooted for 1.5 seconds.

(E) Ripples of 495 years

- Forbidden fruit releases waves every 0.5 seconds that slow down any nearby enemies by 25% for 0.5 seconds.

Level 16

(Q/trait) Exposing orbs

- Every starbow break hit increases the % threshold for Core Withdrawal by 1%. This effect stacks up to 10 times and lasts 6 seconds.

(E) Holder of pain

- If Miracle fruit explodes and doesn't hit any heroes, the main target of the ability takes the full effect of the attack. This effect won't happen if you hit another hero but that hero will only recieve 75% of the damage and the slow will be reduced to 45%.

(Passive) Lava build up

- Every ability you cast and hits a target will build up lava stacks. When stacks reach 3, remove them to create a patch of lava in the target location that deals 20(+4%) damage every 0.25 seconds and reduces armor by 25 for 3 seconds on enemies that touch it. Lasts 3 seconds. Stacks last 15 seconds.

Level 20

(R1) BOOM!

- Instead of 1 trail of explosions in front of you, there will be 3, the new ones will appear 45
