Once a loyal Terran Dominion ghost, now a rebel spectre waging a guerilla campaign of terror against Arcturus Mengsk's regime, Gabriel Tosh is a skilled martial artist with great psionic abilities. Despite his addled mind and erratic perception due to terrazine, an addictive reagent used to enhance one's psionic powers, Tosh remains true to his plan of overthrowing the tyranny in hopes of creating a better future.
Tosh is an Assassin who can ambush enemies and engage in both close and ranged combat using both physical and psionic tools.

Your next Basic Attack with Balisong deals an additional 160 damage over 3 seconds.
Switching to Gauss Rifle replaces Hajian Blade with Steady Shot.
Subsequent applications on the same target refresh the duration.
Cooldown starts once the effect is activated by Basic Attacking a target.
Hajian Blade deals Spell Damage and is considered a Basic Attack modifier.
Switching to Gauss Rifle preserves the effect for the next Basic Attack with Balisong.

Intake Terrazine (W)
Mana: 30 Cooldown: 0.5 seconds
Gain 25% Spell Power for 5 seconds. Reactivate while this effect is active to increase its bonus, refresh its duration, and gain Overdose until it ends. Overdose doubles the Mana cost of Intake Terrazine, stacks up to 4 times, and Intake Terrazine cannot be cast at maximum stacks. Once the effect ends, Intake Terrazine is set on a 3 second cooldown, increased by 3 seconds per Overdose stack.

Voodoo Link (E1)

After 0.75 seconds, link target enemy Hero to a voodoo doll. Successful cast replaces Voodoo Link with Puncture until the voodoo doll breaks. The doll breaks automatically after 20 seconds.

Interrupting the cast puts Voodoo Link on a 10 second cooldown.

Stab the voodoo doll with Balisong, Basic Attacking the Hero the doll is linked to, dealing Spell Damage from any range. The doll can be hit 3 times before it breaks.
Casting Puncture with Gauss Rifle equipped will still inflict the Basic Attack with Balisong.
Puncture is affected by Basic Attack modifiers.

Cellular Reactor
Gain an additional 10 maximum Mana per level.
Spell Power now also affects Mana Regeneration.

Impaler Rounds
Steady Shot pierces all Structures hit.
Basic Attacks with Gauss Rifle deal 50% more damage to non-Heroes.
Psionic Charge
Steady Shot pierces 1 Hero hit.
This effect is increased by 1 per Overdose stack.
Unsafe Schedule
Increase the duration of Intake Terrazine by 3 seconds.
Each Overdose stack decreases Spell Power by 15% once the effect ends. Lasts 3 seconds.

Tools of Death
Hitting an enemy Hero with Steady Shot resets the cooldown of Hajian Blade.
Steady Shot recharges 50% faster while an enemy Hero is affected by Hajian Blade.
Deep Link
Increase the active range of Voodoo Link by 2.
Puncture Stuns the target for 0.25 seconds.
Durable Body
The voodoo doll lasts 10 seconds less.
Voodoo Link costs no Mana and the voodoo doll can take an additional Puncture hit.

Rejuvenating Exposure
Intake Terrazine also increases Health Regeneration by 40% and all healing received by 10%.
Each Overdose stack decreases Armor by 10 once the effect ends. Lasts 3 seconds.
Maman Therese's Blessing
Gain 50 Armor while channeling Voodoo Link.
Puncture ignores Armor and reveals the target for 1 second.
Psionic Shield Cooldown: 40 seconds Active: Gain 300 Shield for 5 seconds. Spell Power affects the Shield amount gained.
Cooldown starts once the Shield expires or is destroyed.
LEVEL 16
Ultrasonic Pulse
Steady Shot Stuns enemies for 0.75 seconds. Heroes are Slowed by 80% instead.
Psionic Brand
Enemy Heroes hit by Steady Shot are marked for 5 seconds.
Marked enemies are revealed, and Tosh can Basic Attack them with Gauss Rifle from any distance, consuming the mark.
Hajian Curse
Basic Attacks with Balisong deal bonus damage to Heroes equal to 2% of their maximum Health.
Hajian Blade costs no Mana and Slows affected enemies by 20%.
LEVEL 20
Psionic Lash
Consumption can also target enemy Heroes regardless of Health and recharges 25% faster per Overdose stack.
Mindbreak
Heroes hit by Mindblast now recharge Basic Abilities 200% slower for 4 seconds.
Stabilizing Agent
All negative effects of Overdose are removed.
Intake Terrazine now costs 60 Mana per cast and is set on a 20 second cooldown once the effect ends.
Nyx Stealthsuit Active: Gain Unreveable and Stealth that cannot be cancelled by anything for 3 seconds.
Recharge this by getting a Takedown.
CLARIFICATIONS
VISION SHENANIGANS
[Cloaking Module] prevents Tosh from being revealed for damaging enemies while he is not visible to them, meaning that [Steady Shot] and [Puncture] will not grant enemies a brief vision of him or his position when he is outside their vision radius.
This mechanic works even while [Cloaking Module] is disabled, and can affect other Abilities if their targets have reduced vision.
Since [Cloaking Module] also makes Tosh Invisible while he stands still, he can cast Abilities without disabling [Cloaking Module] while being right next to enemies, excluding [Voodoo Link] and Psionic Lash, which require targeting an enemy.
TERRAZINE QUALITIES
Each cast of [Intake Terrazine] increases both baseline and talent bonuses of its effect and stacks them additively. For example, Rejuvenating Exposure increases Health Regeneration by 200% and all healing received by 50% at maximum stacks of Overdose.
[Stabilizing Agent] removes both baseline and talent negative effects of Overdose. For example, Blinding Adrenaline will no longer decrease your vision once the effect of [Intake Terrazine] ends.
VOODOO SUBTLETIES
[Puncture] makes Tosh Basic Attack the target literally, with all the modifiers that can be applied to Basic Attacks, including Blind, which will make Tosh miss the hit and not damage the voodoo doll, and [Hajian Blade], which will apply its effects to the target, and this Basic Attack will not disable [Cloaking Module].
[Puncture] deals Spell Damage only, which can be increased by [Intake Terrazine], but cannot reveal the target hit without Maman Therese's Blessing.
