Passive: Gabriel Tosh has a permanent personal cloacking. But, yeah, it's damaged. To activate the cloacking one must hit it twice. This will cause him to blur and the third basic attack against him to always miss.

Active: Tosh will infuse the module with energy, creating a Psionic Shield. Psionic shield will absorb two projectils from minions, mercenaries, towers or single ranged basic attacks from heroes. While active it will slowly consume energy, press D to deactivate. If shield is broken, cooldown is 7s.

After a few seconds enemies on a small area will get stunned briefly and receive little damage. Causes 400% damage on minions and mercenaries. If hits only minions and mercenaries cooldown is highly reduced.

Melee range. Tosh will channel enemy to a Voodoo Doll. If the ability is cast on self after that, will cause little damage to selected enemy and reveal. If cast on another enemy will channel the new target instead.
CD 12s

Gabriel Tosh will consume 50% of allied target actual health and restore equal amount of mana. If cast on allied heroes will instead consume/regenerate 5% and cooldown will be increased by 20%.

Tosh will star chaneling all remaning energy to cause huge damage on targeted hero after few seconds. Range is mid-close. Each second consumes 20% of Energy. The more energy consumed, the higher the damage. If enemy leaves area, ability is canceled. If R is pressed before channeling is complete will cast imediatly.

Tosh will call a nuke from the skies that will fall after a few seconds. But Tosh will control it via voodoo, causing the nuke to fall whenever he is. Cause half damage to heroes but normal damage against shields.
