Garrosh Hellscream was the son of Grom Hellscream and former chieftain of the Warsong Clan. With the reopening of the Dark Portal, Garrosh was invited into the Horde by Thrall himself, quickly advancing to the position of personal adviser of the Warchief. Garrosh led the Horde Troops into Northrend and was given the position of acting Warchief in Thrall's absence.

- Crushing Fear- Increase flee time to 2 seconds.
- Spell Shield (Generic) Level 16: - Fury of Y'shaarj - 12 stacks now also provide 20% basic ability damage in addition to additional effect.
- Whirling Corruption - Bleed effect damage reduced to 50% but now, does not consume Fury of Y'shaarj stacks. - Fury of Y'shaarj - Each basic attack will now generate additional stack of Fury
- Blood for Blood (Generic)
- Whirling Corruption - Now Garrosh spin second time after 1 second. Level 20: - Realm of Y'shaarj- Garrosh basic abilites ignore stasis effect from this skill and deal 50% more damage to enemies in stasis. - Heart of Y'shaarj- Now also reduces your cooldowns by 50% for 12 seconds - Nexus Blades (Generic) - Rage of Y'shaarj - Reduces Fury of Y'shaarj stack consumption by 6.
