Son of Grom Hellscream and former chieftain of the Warsong Clan. With the reopening of the dark portal, Garrosh was invited into the Horde by Thrall himself, quickly advancing to the position of personal adviser to the Warchief. Garrosh led the Horde troops into Northrend and was given the position of acting Warchief in Thrall's absence. Garrosh was well known for his fierce hatred of the Alliance and frequently expressed his desire for the Horde to go to war with its rival faction.
I feel that in keeping with Garrosh's unique nature, he should be an assassin rather than the warrior. This is due to the volatile nature of his temper but also the diversity that using rage to perform his abilities gives him.

Increases the damage of any team members within 15 yards by 10% 15 sec CD gives 60 rage

Usable only when an opponent is less than 10% hp - Execute will instantly kill them and restore 15% hp to Garrosh with 60 sec CD costs 40 rage

Duel of Honour between Garrosh and his opponent. locking the opponent in a 1v1 duel for 3 sec allowing the rest of Garrosh's team to attack the opponent 70 sec CD costs 40 rage
Talent Tier 1
Block - Periodically reduces the damage received from Hero Basic Attacks by 50% . Stores up to 2 charges. Regeneration Master - Increase Health Regeneration by 4 per second. Every 3 Regeneration Gloves gathered increases this bonus by 4. Seasoned Marksman - For every 6 enemy Minion or Mercenary kills near your Hero, gain 1 Basic Attack damage. Hero Take downs count as 2 Minion kills.
Hellscream's Eyes are upon you - add 5% more damage to battle shout
Talent Tier 2
Superiority - Reduce damage taken from non-Heroic enemies by 50%
Vampiric Assault - Basic Attacks heal you for 15% of the damage dealt to the primary target.
Envenom - Activate to poison an enemy Hero, dealing 180 (+30 per level) damage over 5 seconds. 60 sec CD

Talent Tier 3
First Aid - Activate to heal 35% of your max Health over 6 seconds. Follow Through - After using an ability, your next Basic Attack within 6 seconds deals 40% additional damage. Weapons Master - Mortal strike adds Vulnerablity, increasing the damage they take by an extra 10% Warsong Banner - Battle shout adds 15% attack speed to Garrosh and 5% to allied heroes within range for 3 sec
Talent Tier 4

Spell Shield - Upon taking Ability Damage, reduce that damage and further Ability Damage by 50% for 2 seconds. Can only trigger once every 30 seconds.
Recklessness Endeavour - damage increased damage by 10% and reduced damage taken by 8%
Deep Wounds - all attacks and abilities give a bleed effect doing 100 damage over 4 sec
Talent Tier 6
Executioner - Basic Attacks Deal 40% more damage against slowed, rooted, or stunned targets.
Gorehowl's Legacy - auto attacks gives 1% attack speed when hitting the same target stacking to 10%
Seasoned Soldier - increased rage gain from auto attacks by extra 15
Stoneskin - Activate to gain 30% of your maximum Health as a Shield for 5 seconds
Talent Tier 7
Nexus Blades - Basic attacks deal 20% more damage and slow the target for 1 second.
Bolt of the Storm - Activate to teleport to a nearby location.
Gorehowl Hungers - The more rage you use higher the threshold will be for hp% (example if you have 60 rage the threshold will be 20% hp and 50 rage will be 15% hp).
Lok'tar ogar - If Garrosh successfully wins Mak'gora the CD will be 15 sec
