This Hero Concept is Incomplete as it does not Include Talents but, it was released Prematurely due to Blizzard's recent Announcement of Garrosh Hellscream for Heroes of the Storm.
Combat Trait

Rend
Passive: Garrosh's basic Attacks against Heroes apply a Bleed on the target which deals damage every 2 Seconds for 8 Seconds, this Bleed stacks up to 3 times for 3 times the damage.
Active: For every Enemy Hero with 3 stacks of Rend Garrosh gains an empowered basic Attack, these empowered basic Attacks instantly apply 3 Stacks of Rend of the Target, for each stack they already have the target is Dealt a stack's full damage as bonus damage.
Cooldown: 20 Seconds
Primary Abilities

Cleave
Garrosh stikres all enemies in a cone dealing a small amount of damage to all enemies within and healing himself for 100% of damage dealt, Cleave deals 50% less damage to Minions.
Cooldown: 12 Seconds

Whirlwind
Spin swiftly dealing a small amount of damage to all nearby enemies and Apply Rend on them.
Cooldown: 6 Seconds

Pummel
Garrosh starts to line up a Punch over 2 seconds, Reactivating the ability causes Garrosh to attack in a straight line with his fist dealing damage and stopping at the first enemy Hero Caught stunning them for 0.75-2 seconds, the longer the ability is channeled the further it reaches and more damage it deals, Garrosh can Move while channeling.
Cooldown: 14 Seconds
Secondary Abilities

Shadow Stomp
Garrosh Slams the Ground around him dealing Low - Moderate damage to all enemies near him based on how close they are to him and slowing them by 40% for 2 seconds.
This ability is Only Available while Gift of Y'Shaarj is Active.

Heroic Abilities

Gift of Y'Shaarj
Garrosh has his Current Health Quadrupled and his attacks deal splash damage around the target, his basic abilities are Replaced with a single use of Shadow Stomp each. using one makes it unable to be used again until another Gift of Y'Shaarj is cast, using all 3 makes Gift of Y'Shaarj end prematurely.
Cooldown: 150 Seconds

Heroic Throw
Throw Gorehowl in a line stopping to the first enemy Hero caught dealing Large damage to them, Gorehowl sticks at the enemy for 4 Seconds and reappears on Garrosh's Hand afterwards.
If Garrosh Reactivates the ability he will Leap at the enemy the Axe is stuck on dealing damage to them reducing the Cooldown of Whirlwind to 0.5 seconds for 2 Seconds Afterwards.
If Garrosh Leaps while Lining up a Punch he will directly punch the target for exactly the amount of damage and stun duration it had when he Leaped.
