The purpose of this rework is to make Garrosh more of a threat when it comes to dealing damage as he should be well preserving his kit and role as a tank.
His talents have been changed up so they will feel more impactful and his mana costs and cooldowns have been tweaked on some of his abilities.
Groundbreaker(Q): Cooldown increased by 1 second and Mana cost increased by 5. But it now deals double damage to enemies hit by the outer edge.
Bloodthirst(W): Mana cost reduced by 10.
Wrecking Ball(E): Mana cost increased by 10 and Cooldown increased by 2 seconds. Damage increased from 91 to 108.
Warlord's Challenge(R1): Mana cost increased by 10.
Decimate(R2): Completely redone.
Body Check(Talent): Cooldown reduced by 1 second and damage increased from 111 to 122.

Mana: 40
Cooldown: 9 seconds
Deal 81 damage to enemies in an area. Heroes hit on the outer edge take an additional 81 damage and are pulled toward Garrosh.

Bloodthrist
Mana: 45
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Deal 156 damage to an enemy and heal for 10% of Garrosh's missing Health. Healing is increased by 100% against Heroes.

Wrecking Ball
Mana: 80
Cooldown: 18 seconds
Throw a nearby Hero, Minion, or Mercenary to the target location, dealing 108 damage to enemies near the impact and Slowing them by 30% for 2.5 seconds.

Cooldown: 50 seconds
Silence nearby enemy Heroes and force them to attack Garrosh for 2 seconds.

Mana: 30
Cooldown: 24 seconds
After 1 second deal 250 damage to enemies in an area and Slow them by 30% for 1.5 seconds. Each hero hit reduces the cooldown by 8 seconds.
Level 1 Talents
(!)Warbreaker: Quest: After pulling 10 Heroes with Groundbreaker reduce its cooldown by 3 seconds. Quest: After pulling 20 Heroes with Groundbreaker Heroes pulled have their Armor reduced by 15 for 4 seconds
Mortal Combo: If Wrecking Ball is used on a Hero within 2 seconds of pulling them with Groundbreaker, Wrecking Ball's cooldown is reduced by 6 seconds and it refunds 40 Mana.
Body Check: Activate to deal 122 damage to an enemy and Slow them by 30% for 2 seconds. Cooldown 15 seconds. Damage is increased by 200% of Armor Up's bonus and Slow amount is increased to 60% if Armor Up's bonus is at or above 25.
Level 4 Talents
Oppresser: Enemy Heroes hit by Groundbreaker have their Spell Power reduced by 50% for 2.5 seconds.
Thirst for Battle: Basic attacks reduce the cooldown of Bloodthirst by 2 seconds.
Indomitable: Activate to become Unstoppable for 1.5 seconds. 40 second Cooldown.
Level 7 Talents
In for the Kill: Bloodthist deals 30% increased damage to enemies below 40% Health. Killing an enemy with Bloodthirst resets its cooldown and refunds the Mana.
Unrivaled Strength: Increase Wrecking Ball's throw range by 25% and its damage by 125%.
Brute Force: Heroes hit by Body Check receive 50% reduced healing for 4 seconds. Additionally Body Check's damage is increased by an additional 50% of Armor Ups current bonus.
Into the Fray: Activate to throw a nearby ally and grant them 25 Armor for 3 seconds. Deals 108 damage to nearby enemies upon impact and Slows them by 30% for 2.5 seconds. While in flight, allied Heroes are Unstoppable. Cooldown 30 seconds.

Level 13 Talents
Defensive Measures: Pulling a Hero with Groundbreaker grants Garrosh a 350 Shield for 6 seconds.
Bloodcraze: When hitting an enemy Hero Bloodthirst heals Garrosh for an additional 10% maximum Health over 3 seconds.
Burning Hatred: Deal 19 damage to nearby enemies. Damage increased by 3% for every 2% maximum life Garrosh is missing.
Level 16 Talents
Rough Landing: Enemy Heroes pulled by Groundbreaker are Slowed by 50% for 3 seconds.
Earthshaker: Wrecking Ball Stuns enemies near the impact area for .75 seconds.
Double Up: Armor Up can be activated to increase it's Armor bonus by 100% for 3 seconds. Cooldown 40 seconds.
Level 20 Talents
Death Wish: If an enemy Hero is killed while under the effects of Warlord's Challenge the cooldown is reset.
You Will Die: Each Hero hit by Decimate increases its damage by 20% and it now Slows enemies by 60% for 1.5 seconds.
Titanic Might: Wrecking Ball now throws the 2 closest nearby enemies.
Inner Rage: Body Check gains an additional charge and its cooldown recharges 100% faster while Armor Ups bonus is at or above 25.
I was like yaay someone agrees this "thing" should get a major rework, all I saw is gimmicks to basic abilities and much more damage in a heroic..
Ermm, no, it's very obvious that current Garrosh design simply doesn't work, Blizz really needs to step it up and do something AGAINST the cheesiness of the hero (might try myself give a rework suggestion though)
