I had created this kodo rider concept before Lucio was added to HotS.
Attack Range: 3 (ranged) Attack Damage: 30 (+4% per level) Attack Speed: 1.3 per second (+4% per level) (Throws 2 axes on each attack)
Health: 2000 (+4% per level) Health Regeneration: 2 per second (+4% per level)
Mana: 500 (+4% per level) Mana Regeneration: 0.3 per second (+4% per level)

Rhythms of Battle
Cooldown: 3 seconds
Using this ability changes its effect to the next one. There are 3 rhythms available:
1) Drums of War: increases damage of nearby allies (both minions and heroes) by 10%.
2) Drums of Swiftness: increases attack speed of nearby allies (both minions and heroes) by 10%.
3) Drums of Toughness: increases health of nearby allies (minions only) by 20%.
Primary Abilities

Throw Axes
Mana: 60 Cooldown: 12 seconds
Throws two axes in the targeted direction, one after another with 0.25 seconds delay. First axe deals 140 (+4% per level) damage and slows enemies hit by 10%, and the second one deals 30 (+4% per level) damage and slows enemies by 60%. Slow lasts for 1.5 seconds.

Charge
Mana: 30 Cooldown: 15 seconds
Gar'Thok rushes into battle on his kodo, stampeding in the targeted direction. Dealing 80 (+4% per level) damage to all enemies hit and stuns them for 0.5 seconds.

Empowered Drumming
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Boosts the effect of "Rhythms of Battle" for 10 seconds.
"Drums of War" bonus damage from 10% to 25%.
"Drums of Swiftness" also gives 20% movement speed.
"Drums of Toughness" also affect heroes and also increases health regeneration of allies affected by 75%.
Heroic Abilities

War Leader
Mana: 100 Cooldown: 60 seconds
For 5 seconds "Rhythms of Battle" affect all allied targets on the map.
Passive: Increases attack range and "Rhythms of Battle" range by 20%.

Brute Force
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Activating this ability empowers Gar'Thok's next attack with 10 seconds. This attack has 140% bonus range and 80% more damage, and also damages all enemies it passes through.
Level 1 Talents:
1) Drums of Bloodthirsty (D): Causes allied affected by "Drums of War" to restore 10% of damage dealt by their attacks.
2) Drums of Madness (D): Increases attack speed bonus of "Drums of Swiftness" to 30%, but also decreases armor of units affected by it by 10%.
3) Drums of Encouragement (D): Whenever a unit affected by " Drums of Toughness" is attacked it has 25% chance to restore 4% of its maximum health over 4 seconds.
4) Mad Drumming (D): "Empowered Drumming" also activates not-empowered versions of other rhythms and non of these auras affect heroes.
Level 4 Talents:
1) Stampede (W): "Charge" also increases movement speed by 15% and allows to pass through units slowing them by 15% for 1 second. This effect lasts for 3 seconds.
2) Sharp Axes (Q): increases damage dealt by the first axe by 25% and damage dealt by the second one by 50%.
3) Into Battle (W): "Charge" resets the cooldown of "Empowered Drumming".
Level 7 Talents:
1) Run-away Kodo (W): Increases "Charge" range by 150%, but it decreases damage dealt by it by 50% and replaces stun with 40% slow for the same duration.
2) Concentrated Drumming (E): Increases duration of "Empowered Drumming" by 5 seconds, but makes Gar'Thok vulnerable for 5 seconds increasing damage he receive by 25% and disables rhythm switching for the whole duration of "Empowered Drumming".
3) Healing Drums (E): Using "Empowered Drumming" heals allied heroes in its range by 300 (+4% per level).
Level 13 Talents:
1) Wild Beast (W): "Charge" makes Gar'Thok unstoppable for 4 seconds and increases his attack speed by 15%.
2) Head Slam (W): First target hit by "Charge" receives 300% more damage and is stunned by additional 1,5 seconds.
3) Enchanted Axes (Q): "Throw Axes" makes units hit vulnerable for 6 seconds, increasing damage they receive by 25%.
4) Disarming Throw (Q): The first axe decreases attack speed of enemies hit by 20% and the second one decreases attack damage of units hit by 30%.
Level 16 Talents:
1) Rhythm of Elders (D): "Rhythms of Battle" increases mana regeneration of allies affected by it by 25%.
2) Rhythm of Fallen (D): "Rhythms of Battle" increases health regeneration of allies affected by it by 100% if they're below 40% of maximum health.
3) Rhythm of Revengefulness (D): "Rhythms of Battle" increases ability damage of units affected by it by 3% up to 24% whenever a unit affected by it dies. This effect lasts for 6 seconds and refreshes with each stack.
Level 20 Talents:
1) Horde Standards (R1): Increases duration by 2 seconds.
Passive: Increases all damage of affected heroes by "Rhythms of Battle" by 15%.
2) Power of the Horde (R2): Empowered attack's bonus damage is increased from 80% to 160% and slows all enemies hit by 30% for 3 seconds.
3) Demon-born Drumming (Active): Increases health and damage of nearby minions by 50% for 20 seconds.
Passive: Increases Gar'Thok's attack damage by 20%.
4) Rain of Axes (Q): "Throw Axes" now throws 6 axes with 0.05 delay. First, third and fifth axes deal 75% of the regular first axe's damage and slow targets by 15%. Second, fourth and sixth axes deal 75% of the regular second axe's damage and slow targets by 60%. Slow duration is now 2 seconds.
