Gazlowe has always been in an unpleasant spot. He either did nothing or did too much, and his iterations have been mostly flawed, especially the one we have now, which lacks variability, strength, and fun.
The goal of this rework it to achieve the "golden mean" for the Boss of Ratchet by adding more depth to his kit and improving build variety.

Health increased from 2275 to 2304
Health Regen increased from 4.74 to 4.8
Health and Health Regen now scale by 4% per level, reaching 5048 Health and 10.5 Health Regen at Level 20, rounded up

Salvager (New D)
Generate 1 Scrap automatically every 10 seconds.
Basic Attacks against non-Minions also generate 1 Scrap.
Enemy Structures drop a Bolt upon being destroyed, which lasts up to 30 seconds and can be collected to generate 5 Scrap. Enemy Core drops 5 Bolts.
Maximum of 20 Scrap.
Activate to destroy a target Rock-It! Turret.

Rock It Sock It (Moved from Level 4)
Duration decreased from 2.5 to 2 seconds.
Shieldin' Contrapshn (New)
Deth Lazor grants Gazlowe a Shield for 3 seconds equal to 25% of the damage dealt, increased to 100% against Heroes.
Shieldin' Contrapshn breaks upon dying. Requires 20 Scrap to repair.
Big Game Hunter (Reworked)
Basic Attacks against enemy Heroes, Mercenaries, and Monsters accelerate automatic Scrap generation by 2 seconds.
Each time Salvager generates Scrap automatically, Gazlowe is healed for 120.
LEVEL 4
Goblin Fusion (Moved from Level 7)(Reworked)
Destroying a Rock-It! Turret with Salvager reduces the cooldown of Deth Lazor by 1.5 seconds.
Hitting an enemy Hero with Deth Lazor drops a Bolt near the first Hero hit.
Hyperfocus Coils
Bonus damage decreased from 2% to 1%.
Healing increased from 150% to 250%.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle (New?)
Collecting a Bolt heals Gazlowe for 20% of his missing Health over 5 seconds.
Every 10th Rock-It! Turret destroyed with Salvager drops a Bolt.
LEVEL 7
Engine Gunk (New?)
Rock-It! Turret attacks Slow enemies by 15% for 2 seconds.
Basic Attacks increase the Slow amount of this effect to 30% and extend its duration by 0.5 seconds.
Rocket Boots (Moved from Level 1)(Reworked)
Hitting an enemy Hero with Deth Lazor or Xplodium Charge pushes Gazlowe forward in the direction he is facing.
Rocket Boots can be toggled on and off.

One Man Wrecking Crew (Moved from Level 1)(Reworked)
Gain 30% Movement Speed and 20% Attack Speed.
This effect is disabled for 3 seconds upon taking Heroic damage or while there are allied Heroes nearby.

Clockwerk Steam Fists (New?)
Basic Attacks extend the duration of active Rock-It! Turrets by 1.25 seconds. ❢Gambit: Gain 20% base Attack Speed. Every death decreases this bonus by 5%.
Goblin Repairs (New?)
Basic Attacks heal Rock-It! Turrets for 50% of the damage dealt.
Rock-It! Turret attacks heal Gazlowe for 50% of the damage dealt.
Rock-It! Turret XL (New?)
Rock-It! Turrets have 50% increased Health and last 10 seconds longer.
LEVEL 16
EZ-PZ Dimensional Ripper (Moved from Level 4)(Reworked)
Increase the length and width of Deth Lazor by 20%.
Enemy Heroes hit with Deth Lazor deal 40% less damage for 2 seconds.
Induction Coil (New)
Deth Lazor has 50% increased base damage and deals damage around Gazlowe.
Induction Coil can be toggled on and off. Cannot be toggled while casting Deth Lazor.

Ark Reaktor (Reworked)
Reduce the cooldown of Xplodium Charge by 2 seconds and increase its cast range and damage by 25%.
Xplodium Charge creates a Rock-It! Turret when it detonates.
LEVEL 20
Mecha-Lord (Reworked)
Increase the duration of Robo-Goblin to 3 seconds, and collecting a Bolt reduces its cooldown by 15 seconds. Passive: Basic Attacks against enemy Heroes deal bonus damage equal to 3% of their maximum Health.
Miniature Black Hole (Reworked)
Increase the radius of Grav-O-Bomb 3000 by 50%.
Grav-O-Bomb 3000 now reduces both Physical Armor and Spell Armor.
Superior Schematics (Moved from Level 13)
Range bonus decreased from 30% to 25%.
Secondary damage increased from 60% to 75%.
Now also reduces the Scrap cost of Rock-It! Turrets by 1.
Firin' Mah Lazorz (Moved from Level 16)(Reworked)
Deth Lazor is also fired from all Rock-It! Turrets towards the same direction with a decreased base width.

CLARIFICATIONS
Shieldin' Contrapshn is added to the Talent Ability slot. Activate that slot while it is broken to lose 20 Scrap and repair it.
Rocket Boots and Induction Coil are added to Talent Ability slots.
Rocket Boots can only be activated once per [Deth Lazor] or [Xplodium Charge] cast.
Induction Coil replaces the original [Deth Lazor] cast area.
Induction Coil does not prevent Gazlowe from turning during the cast.
Induction Coil with Goblin Fusion creates a Bolt near the Hero closest to Gazlowe.
Goblin Fusion can only create 1 Bolt per [Deth Lazor] cast.
One Man Wrecking Crew shows its radius to Gazlowe and his allies.
Firin' Mah Lazorz changes cast direction with mouse cursor position during the cast and is affected by [Deth Lazor] Talents.
EZ-PZ Dimensional Ripper increases both the length and width of Firin' Mah Lazorz.
Firin' Mah Lazorz with Induction Coil deals damage around each [Rock-It! Turret] regardless of width.
