I scratched up a rework for one of my guilty pleasure heroes. Gazlowe has been in the game since the very beginning, and saw a major rework some time ago. However, the rework didn't do much to solve some of his glaring issues (long Deth Lazor charge up, turrets that can mostly be ignored, nearly impossible-to-hit AoE). I personally enjoy playing him from time to time, as he was the second hero I ever got a golden circle for (first being The Butcher). I spent a little time looking at his weaknesses and tried to come up with improved ability functionality, as well as a theoretically better talent tree.
Combat Trait

Salvager
Destroyed enemy Structures and Rock-It! Turrets drop Scrap. Collecting Scrap restores 30 Mana and causes Abilities to recharge three times as fast over 3 seconds. Additionally, the next Ability cast after collecting Scrap will have no Mana cost. Free casts cannot be earned more than once every 12 seconds.
Primary Abilities

Rock-It! Turret
Creates a turret that deals 42 damage to enemies, slowing them by 20% with each attack. Can only have a maximum of 4 turrets active at any given time. Turrets prioritize heroes and last until destroyed. Stores 3 charges.

Deth Lazor
Charged attack that deals 232 damage to enemies in a line. Range increases the longer the Ability is charged, up to 100% after 2 seconds.

Xplodium Charge
Places a bomb that explodes after 2.5 seconds, dealing 233 damage, stunning enemies for 1.75 seconds. The bomb can be detonated early, but Slows enemies by 30% for 1.5 seconds instead.

Orders any nearby Rock-It! Turrets to focus a target.
Heroic Abilities

Robo-Goblin
Activate to gain 30 Armor and 30% Movement Speed for 4 seconds.
After a 2 second delay, pull enemies toward the center of an area and deal 261 damage.
Passive: Xplodium Charge gains 2 charges. If the Ability is not recast, the explosion will pull enemies to its center.
Level 1 Talents
Extra TNT
Xplodium Charge deals 10% more damage per target hit (20% against heroes), up to 100%.
Goblin Repairs
Collecting Scrap also heals Gazlowe for 4% of his maximum health.
Break It Down!
Increases the cooldown reduction duration from Scrap to 6 seconds.
Level 4 Talents
Clockwerk Steam Fists
Gazlowe gains 5% increased Attack Damage for every active turret, up to 20%.
ARK Reaktor
Reduce Xplodium Charge's cooldown by 2 seconds. If Xplodium Charge hits an enemy Hero, you gain 2 charges of Rock-It! Turret.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
Collecting a Regeneration Globe grants the cooldown reduction bonus from collecting Scrap. Additionally, enemy Heroes drop Scrap when they die.
Level 7 Talents
Rock-It! Turret XL
Turrets attack up to 2 additional targets for 75% damage. Secondary attacks slow for half as much.
Engine Gunk
Increase Rock-It! Turret's slow by 10%.
Engine Overclock
Rock-It! Turrets gain 20% bonus Attack Speed for 5 Seconds. (40 second cooldown).
Level 10 Talents
Robo-Goblin
Activate to gain 30 Armor and 30% Movement Speed for 4 seconds.
Grav-O-Bomb 3000
After a 2 second delay, pull enemies toward the center of an area and deal 261 damage.
Passive: Xplodium Charge gains 2 charges. If the Ability is not recast, the explosion will pull enemies to its center.
Level 13 Talents
EZ-PZ Dimensional Ripper
Deth Lazor slows Heroes by 30%, and freezes minions and structures for 3 seconds.
Goblin Fusion
If Deth Lazor is charged for at least 2 seconds and hits a Hero, Gazlowe gains 25% Movement Speed for 3 seconds.
Super-Heated Blast
Deth Lazor deals an additional 30% of its damage over 2 seconds to all enemies hit. This bonus is increased to 100% against structures.
Level 16 Talents
Xtra Large Bombs
Increase Xplodium Charge's radius by 30%. Being stunned or rooted causes an Xplodium Charge to drop at Gazlowe's feet. This bomb can be detonated early.
This effect has a 10 second cooldown.
Superior Schematics
Rock-It! Turrets gain 35 Armor.
Hydraulic Punching Arms
Basic Attacks ignore Armor, and deal 15% increased damage to targets with Armor.
Level 20 Talents
Mecha Lord
Mecha-Lord: Increase the number of allowed active Rock-It! Turrets to 6, and increase their bonus damage by 25%.
Passive: Gazlowe gains 25 Armor.
Miniature Black Hole
Miniature Black Hole: Increases the radius of Grav-O-Bomb by 25% and damage by 50%.
Passive: Reduces the full arming time of Xplodium Charge by .5 seconds.
Firin' Mah Lazorz
Firing Deth Lazor causes all your Rock-It! Turrets to fire an untalented Deth Lazor, dealing 142 damage each.
Damn! I took some of the icons and edited their colors to add some flavor to the concept. The pictures that aren't showing are those edited ones.
