[Perpetual Energy Wrench] - Hitting an enemy with Q restores 5 mana per enemy hit.
[Percussive Engineering] - Q also slows enemies hit by 30% for 3 secs.
[Siege Tools] - Increase damage on trait by 50% and ammo damage by 2 per second.
[Regeneration Master] - Regen globes increase health regen by 1.5 per sec.
Tier 2 Talent
[Extra Bouncy Glaives] - W now hits up to 5 enemies.
[Cheap Glaives] - Reduce mana cost of W by 20 and cooldown by 2 secs.
[Envenom] - Activate to poison an enemy hero, dealing 366.08 (+4% per level) damage over 10 secs.
[Mercenary Lord] - Non-Boss mercenaries near your hero deal 50% more damage. Reduces damage taken from minions and mercenaries by 50%.
Tier 3 Talent
[Battle Momentum] - Basic attacks reduce cooldowns by 1 sec.
[Calldown: Mule] - Activate to call down a Mule that repairs Structures, one at a time, near target point for40seconds, healing for100Health every 1sec. Grants 1 ammo every 3 secs.
[Discombobulating Wrench] - Instead of stunning non-heroic enemies, Q causes non-heroic enemies to be temporarily (3 secs) confused, attacking whatever is nearby, regardless of which team it is.
[Sharper Glaives] - W deals 20% more damage to the first target hit.

[Overcharged Shrink Ray Gun] - E can now pierce through, hitting up to 2 targets.
[Miniaturizer] - E now lasts for 8 secs, but degrades 5% each second.
[RE-mantle] - Trait can be used on friendly structures to heal them for 100 (+3% per level) health per second. While channeling, structure regains 1 ammo a second. Cannot be used on the core.
[Spell Shield] - Upon taking ability damage, reduce that damage and further damage from abilities by 50% for 3 secs. Triggers once every 30 secs.
Tier 6 Talent
[Firing on all cylinders] - Taking damage when below 50% health gives a 20% movement and attack speed boost for 4 seconds. Can trigger once every 30 secs.
[Rapid-Fire Glaives] Can hold up to 2 charges of W.
[It's a small world after all] - If E hits a target, reduce it's cooldown by 10 secs.
[Stoneskin] - Activate to gain 30% of your max health as a shield for 5 secs.
Tier 7 Talents
[Self-Actuating Poultryizer] - Poultryizer now places a ward on the ground that lasts for 20 seconds. The ward polymorphs a nearby enemy hero once every 5 seconds. The ward can be destroyed with 3 basic attacks.
[Engine of Destruction] - Siege Engine lasts 50% longer and all abilities stun for .5 sec.
[Fury of the Storm] - Every5 seconds, your next basic attack will deal an additional94.64 (+4% per level) damage to the target, and 237.12 (+4% per level) damage to all nearby Minions and Mercenaries.
[Hardened Shield] - Activate to reduce damage taken by 75% for 4 secs.
Love it!!! just love it!!! But for the generic talents:
-The talent Demolitionist is useless with the trait... I think you can find more powerful talent :)
-For the talent Stoneskin and Hardened Shield, are you sure he need 2 shield?? just one i think that can work!!
-For the regeneration master, if Gelbin have the shrink ray gun,the funniest talent Firing on all cylinders, and 2 talent shield, he can run away easy, not sure he need some health regen... I think a level 1 stack talent with killing minions or structure can be more interested??
Thank you for the suggestions! For stoneskin, hardened shield, and regen master, my reasoning was that I wanted him to have a pseudo-brawler build so that if you wanted to spec him that way (for example, you got a map in qm that just sucks for pushing). I modeled a lot of his alternative builds after other specialist heroes like Gazlowe (who also has stoneskin, hardened shield, and regen master). However, you might be right about the Demolitionist talent being a bit redundant with his trait. I'll have to think of a suitable replacement.
Moved Siege Tools to level one to replace Demolitionist, and added Envenom to replace Siege Tools and to give a pvp-oriented talent choice at that talent tier, to give some gank potential.
Dismantle: Does it have a maximum duration for its channeling? If it has indefinite length, it could be a little too insanely good.
Shrink Ray Gun: As a talent, it's pretty viable. I'm not sure how to feel about it being a regular ability, though. Sounds very powerful.
I didn't want to put a max duration timer on the trait because I wanted it to be something that the enemy team had to rotate to deal with. Think about it this way: Sylvanus doesn't have a max duration on her black arrows, so if no one rotates to deal with her, she can literally just push endlessly without a care in the world. As far as shrink ray gun, it's already a talent (shrink ray) and making it an ability was sort of one of the whole inspirations for the concept. I like the idea of a hero being able to just shrink heroes as one of their main functions in a team fight. I know it has the potential to be busted, which is why I struggled a while with the cooldown. Ultimately, I think that the fact that it's one of his only functions in team fights (since he does so little damage) would balance it out a bit. Thank you very much for the input!
