G'huun deals damage to himself equal to 15% of his maximum health. He gains this amount in shield. The shield remains for 15 seconds, or until destroyed.
Skillshot. Launches a blast of corruption in the target direction, dealing 50(+4% per level) damage to the first enemy hit. G'huun can cast it again off of that target's position. Wave of Corruption can bounce in this way up to 6 times. Each time it bounces G'huun heals 10(+4% per level) health.

G'huun takes 15% extra damage for 6 seconds. All extra damage he takes this way gives him a bonus to his next attacks equal to 200% of the damage he took. Each attack can only have up to 25(+4% per level) bonus damage.
If he takes a total of 52 extra damage from this ability his next auto attack will do +25 damage, the one after that will do +25 damage, and the one after that will do +2 damage.

Using Corrupting Bite on a target who has been hit by G'huun's basic attack in the past 3 seconds heals G'huun an extra 79(+4% per level) health.
Siphoning Pit
Pit of Decay heals G'huun for 50% of damage dealt to heroes.
Level Four Talents
Thousand Maws
Corrupting Bite gains a second charge.
Burst of Corruption
Pit of Decay deals an additional 19(+4% per level) damage to each target (doubled versus heroes) per 0.5 seconds, but it remains only until it has done 350(+4% per level) damage.
Rot Defences
Heroes inside a Pit of Decay lose 15 Armor, causing them to take 15% increased damage.
Putrid Bite
Corrupting Bite deals extra damage to the target, equal to 5% of the target's maximum health. G'huun heals for 50% of the damage dealt this way.

I just wanna throw out that having an ungodly amount of sustain does not a tank make. I have other notes I'd like to make, but what you have here is a Bruiser, or maybe even a Melee Assassin, but without any CC or other means of protecting the team, you won't be filling the tank role in any kind of team composition.
I realized this myself as I was reformatting the talents. I think he's a high-sustain melee assassin, all things considered. Instead of reworking him I'm going to redo his first heroic and relabel him as a melee assassin.
The first heroic was actually one of my two other points, since gaining 25 armor passively isn't really a particularly good heroic, since there's no room for skill expression. That said, my suggestion would actually be to turn Putrid Blood into a heroic. As-is, the damage bonus is too piddling relative to the risk, and as a basic ability, I don't think there's an easy set of numbers to get it right, but as a Heroic you can really push it into extremes that really make things feel impactful.
On a lesser note, I think the trait and Q have too much overlap. It's a bit redundant for both AAs and Q to do the healing thing. You could give Q an armor effect, or give Q much bigger heals, and have basic attacks lower its cooldown, and have a new trait. Either way, the melee assassin route sounds good for this kit.
