Grand Vizier is a low-health, elusive specialist focused on disabling enemy mages.

Combat Trait

Ethereal
While moving, Grand Vizier is untargetable and immune to basic attacks.

Primary Abilities

Homing Missile
Fire a missile that travels along the ground toward the target enemy. Once it latches onto the enemy, it follows them, dealing damage over 3 seconds.
Contains 2 charges.

Spirit Curse
Curse an enemy for 4 seconds, making them take damage each second as long as they are moving. Cursed enemies have their ability power decreased by 15%.

Chaos Pyre
Deal damage to enemies in a small area that expands over 3 seconds. The damaged enemies are slowed by 15% for 2 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Mage War
Fire magic missiles in a circle around you, damaging nearby enemies. All enemy Heroes hit have their ability mana costs increased by 50% for 3 seconds.

Hungering
Damage and curse an enemy Hero, making them damage themselves for 50% of the damage they deal, and take 20% extra damage from Grand Vizier. Lasts 5 seconds.

Special Mount

Linger
Grand Vizier cannot mount. Activate to increase your movement speed by 20% for 4 seconds and be able to move through units and terrain.
Cooldown: 30 seconds.

Talents

Level 1:
Triple Missile: Homing Missile gains a third charge.
Chaos Impact: Damage 30 Heroes with Chaos Pyre. Reward: Increase damage of Chaos Pyre by 50%.
Mana Hunger: Collect Regen Globes to increase your Mana Regen by 0.2 per Globe. Reward: After collecting 20 Globes, gain 50 maximum Mana.

Level 4:
Relentless Missiles: Increases the speed of Homing Missile by 20% and duration to 4 seconds.
Spirit Rush: Increases the movement bonus of Linger by 10%.
Chaos Renewal: Damaging enemy Heroes with Chaos Pyre heals you.

Level 7:
Enduring Curse: Increases the duration of Spirit Curse by 1 second and ability power reduction by 5%.
Low Chaos: Chaos Pyre deals 100% bonus damage to Minions and Mercenaries.
Unlucky Target: Hitting the same Hero with successive Homing Missile, increases the damage of the next Homing Missile by 10%. Stacks up to 30%.

Level 10:
Mage War: Fire magic missiles in a circle around you, damaging nearby enemies. All enemy Heroes hit have their ability mana costs increased by 50% for 3 seconds.
Hungering: Damage and curse an enemy Hero, making them damage themselves for 50% of the damage they deal, and take 20% extra damage from Grand Vizier. Lasts 5 seconds.

Level 13:
Slowing Pyre: Hitting at least 2 enemy Heroes with Chaos Pyre increases its slow to 30%.
Lingering Shield: Using Linger grants you a Shield that lasts 3 seconds.
Inverted Curse: Spirit Curse can now be self-cast, healing you for 5% of your max Health over 4 seconds as long as you are not moving.

Level 16:
Spirit Doom: Increases the damage of Spirit Curse by 100% and gains a second charge.
Mega Missile: Before the Homing Missile expires, it explodes and deals 50% damage to nearby enemies.
Essence Stealer: Basic attacks against enemy Heroes restore your Mana.

Level 20:
Mage Chaos: Increases damage of missiles, and the duration to 5 seconds.
Soul Crushing: Cursed Hero is damaged for 70% of the damage they deal. Duration is increased to 7 seconds.
Magic Barrier: Gain 50 Spell Armor for 3 seconds.
